**What do you like best about Enterprise Chatbot Platform?**

What I liked most was how easy it was to get started. We were able to train our AI agent in just a few minutes - simply by providing our website links and a few key documents. The setup process was intuitive, and we could see value almost immediately.

The BotsCrew team was incredibly helpful throughout the process, guiding us step by step and answering every question along the way. They even went the extra mile to develop a custom feature specifically for our needs, which made the platform feel truly tailored to our business.

Overall, the combination of simplicity, flexibility, and great support made the experience outstanding.

**What do you dislike about Enterprise Chatbot Platform?**

There wasn’t really anything major to dislike. The platform worked smoothly and met our expectations. If anything, some of the advanced configuration options could be a bit overwhelming at first — but the BotsCrew team quickly guided us through everything and made sure we were comfortable using all features.

It helped us quickly create and launch a chatbot for our website without needing a long setup or technical expertise. We were able to train it just by adding our website links and documents, and it started handling customer questions almost immediately. This saved our team a lot of time, improved response speed, and made the website much more interactive and helpful for visitors.

**What do you like best about Enterprise Chatbot Platform?**

The platform itself has everything we were looking for in a platform: WhatsApp and website channels support, custom integrations with our tools, and the ability to create a chatbot for different languages. In addition, BotsCrew has a team of experienced conversational designers that supported us during our flow-building stage. That was a very nice addition because we didn't really know how to build chatbot conversations correctly.

Honestly, nothing specific comes to mind

**What problems is Enterprise Chatbot Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a lot of customer requests coming through the website and other channels, so we wanted to automate some of those to free up our agents.

The chatbot building features are easy to use. We were able to launch our first website chatbot in just a few days. Their team supported and consulted us which we really appreciate. BotsCrew team gave us very usesful conversational design tips that made it much easier for us to build the chatbot.

We would love to see more out of the box integrations

I really liked the team behind the platform. BotsCrew's team is very reliable and efficient and performed well for us. They have a deep understanding of the chatbot industry and also business overall. They managed to customize the platform to our needs fully and supported us through the whole chatbot journey.

Maybe adding some chatbot templates would be a plus.

We used the platform to create a chatbot for one of our marketing campaigns. The main goal of the chatbot was lead qualification and generation

The Platform is very flexible and customizable. Our team was able to easily integrate the platform with all of our tools and their team helped us to create custom features that we required and weren’t able to find on other platforms.

It’s not the cheapest platform out there, hower I would say it’s worth the money.

We were looking for ways to boost our customer support efficiency while maintaining a good customer experience. With the platform, we were able to achieve both.

This platform by BotsCrew makes building bots super easy and simple. I am new to chatbots but the team really went above and beyond in helping our company to identify the right path and build a chatbot that took customer experience to the next level!

**What do you dislike about Enterprise Chatbot Platform?**

Nothing as such. You will have to be a bit patient to understand how the platform works and design your Bots accordingly.

**What problems is Enterprise Chatbot Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform is very intuitive! You don’t need to have any experience in tech to manage and track your chatbot performance, train it, add new features. Another big thing was that we were able to easily connect our chatbot to multiple channels and integrate with our software. Everything was very seamless and quick and I like that the platform is so flexible. The team can add custom integrations and features if needed.

We felt complete guidance and professional support from the BotsCrew team on the whole process. They didn’t only answer our questions but were proactive, offering new solutions, trying to deeply understand and analyze our needs. It is much more than just a platform for building a chatbot!

**What do you dislike about Enterprise Chatbot Platform?**

Time. This is not a platform where you can build a chatbot in a couple of hours and immediately test it on the website. Be prepared to spend more time, however the result really pays off.

**What problems is Enterprise Chatbot Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our experience with BotsCrew was very pleasant and effective. Initially, we planned to create a chatbot which can answer to customers outside the office hours when there are no agents available. However, we end up with a real virtual assistant that can handle much more requests and save time for our support team.

**What do you like best about Enterprise Chatbot Platform?**

We were looking for a solution to create a website widget and a FB messenger chatbot while integrating with the current tools we use. The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. We were able to really quickly set up and connect the chatbot on our website. Also, the platform is integrated with our CRM, which is the most important thing for us. I like that the platform is very flexible. The team can add custom integrations and features if needed.

**What do you dislike about Enterprise Chatbot Platform?**

There is no mobile app, which would be a great plus to have. And the product is on the more expensive side.

**What problems is Enterprise Chatbot Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to reduce our customer service load, and better qualify leads. The chatbot helps us with the customer education and pre-call qualification, so our sales reps wouldn’t spend too much time on irrelevant leads.

We've managed to set up a two-way integration with every tool from our tech stack, which is already incredible.
The main benefit you get from the platform is when you scale and grow. The possibilities, in this case, become limitless. And the expertise of the BotsCrew team makes the difference during the process.

It would be more convenient to have an app for customer service.

It was mainly designed for lead generation and support. We wanted to make a better omnichannel experience, so it was crucial to have a current tech stack integrated.

We were able to integrate the platform with other tools you don't expect a chatbot to integrate with. Like email automation, Facebook events tracking, Google Analytics, etc. Since we're an analytics platform, it was necessary to track everything accurately. And we achieved it with ECP.

The flow builder could be in a logit tree form. But it's an improvement rather than a disadvantage. It is still quite intuitive.

The adjustability of the platform is something that stands out. We've connected all our systems with the chatbot to have a smooth data flow. The team fully guides you through the process and makes sure you succeed. Max shared a lot of great insights during our calls.

There could be more default integrations in a standard version. Also, it would be nice to have a mobile app.

The platform allowed us to automate our customer service and enable reps with data through custom integrations. A lot of value and insights were gained from communication with the platform.
