What do you like best about Enterprise Chatbot Platform?

What I liked most was how easy it was to get started. We were able to train our AI agent in just a few minutes - simply by providing our website links and a few key documents. The setup process was intuitive, and we could see value almost immediately.

The BotsCrew team was incredibly helpful throughout the process, guiding us step by step and answering every question along the way. They even went the extra mile to develop a custom feature specifically for our needs, which made the platform feel truly tailored to our business.

What do you dislike about Enterprise Chatbot Platform?

There wasn’t really anything major to dislike. The platform worked smoothly and met our expectations. If anything, some of the advanced configuration options could be a bit overwhelming at first — but the BotsCrew team quickly guided us through everything and made sure we were comfortable using all features. What do you like best about Enterprise Chatbot Platform?

The platform itself has everything we were looking for in a platform: WhatsApp and website channels support, custom integrations with our tools, and the ability to create a chatbot for different languages. In addition, BotsCrew has a team of experienced conversational designers that supported us during our flow-building stage. The chatbot building features are easy to use. We were able to launch our first website chatbot in just a few days. Their team supported and consulted us which we really appreciate. We were looking for a solution to create a website widget and a FB messenger chatbot while integrating with the current tools we use. The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. We were able to really quickly set up and connect the chatbot on our website. Also, the platform is integrated with our CRM, which is the most important thing for us.
