The discovery part is probably what we use the most. It’s easier to spot threads worth reading or participating in without jumping between subreddits or running a bunch of searches. We started using Engain mostly to cut down the time spent searching through Reddit for relevant conversations. It’s saved us a bunch of time by pulling together discussions that are actually related to what we do, especially ones where people are already asking questions or comparing options.

Since we manage quite a lot of tools with marketing, this has helped a lot. Having everything in one place makes Reddit feel more manageable, and it’s easier to stay consistent with engagement instead of checking in randomly.

As someone who has tried various social and automation tools, I was skeptical of their claims at first. Most tools just give you a list of links and tell you to go work.
