Through ENDVR we gained access to sell-through data at the dealership level that we never had before. By utilizing this data, we were able to help guide dealers' buying decisions, re-order timelines and see an increase in both sell-through and inseason orders in dealers that bought it. My only challenge is that not enough of my dealers' SALESPEOPLE know about ENDVR - I wish the marketing to these individuals was stronger so that we could get a wider penetration of the program across our dealer network. ENDVR is an incredible perk for retail sales! The sales challenges are applicable and offer great gear and money prizes for. I actually refer to this as my bonus for doing my job well! The sales and product trainings are comprehensive, yet not time consuming. The sales challenges are a blast and the gear and extra money has been an incredible perk! With the gear I can recommend products to our customers from my first hand experience. The ENDVR team is fantastic and extremely helpful! Very easy to use! The easy set up and launch process makes for easy adoption by users as they can quickly get set up, learn about the brand/products to better serve their customers. Allows us to launch our learning campaigns to the store users which gives them confidence to talk about the product with customers, especially during a sales compeititon. Sales contest, training modules and other features are extremely engaging and the ability to adjust on the fly is un-matched. Can't say there is much of a downside to ENDVR. The platform is new but gaining momentum quickly. Getting folks signed up can be challenging but ENDVR has been here to help every step of the way. Good, can be great. Growing too fast. Charging too much for what it is currently." 3.5/5 What do you like best about ENDVR? The overall concept is phenomenal. The education piece is excellent. The platform itself is still raw, new, and undeveloped in many ways. Simple functionality such as sorting can be challenging to non-existent. Because they are the only act in town, they are growing too fast; meaning: they are not focusing enough on development. Their pricing would be more reasonable if they were an industry-leading software platform. The platform is not at this level yet. I love that it helps manage our sales contests- it's easy to organize, share with store staff and hand out rewards. It also has the capability to share training videos, tech sheets and more. You can send reminders and info to staff regarding sales contests, track sales per store location/ associate and more. What do you dislike about ENDVR? Sometimes the load time to approve receipts takes longer when they're a lot of receipts, but it's less than a minute or so overall. ENDVR provides a simple and easy to way to engage retail staff and incentivize them to learn more about a brand and have fun while doing so. I also am very grateful for our account management team, they are very responsive and helpful - such great people to help me learn the ropes during the set up phase.
