Awesome potential. Good, can be great. Growing too fast. The education piece is excellent. The ENDVR team's verbal self-awareness of the platform's limitations is appreciated. **What do you dislike about ENDVR?** The platform itself is still raw, new, and undeveloped in many ways. Simple functionality such as sorting can be challenging to non-existent. Because they are the only act in town, they are growing too fast; meaning: they are not focusing enough on development. Their pricing would be more reasonable if they were an industry-leading software platform. The platform is not at this level yet. Would consider a more reasonable pricing approach if I were them, given the limitations of their platform. **What problems is ENDVR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Great tool for helping our retail partners reward their employees and incentivizing them to focus on our brand. ### 2. It also has the capability to share training videos, tech sheets and more. You can send reminders and info to staff regarding sales contests, track sales per store location/ associate and more. When we came to the company with feedback, they responded in a timely manner and were able to make the changes we requested for the subsequent sales cycle **What do you dislike about ENDVR?** Sometimes the load time to approve receipts takes longer when they're a lot of receipts, but it's less than a minute or so overall. I would love it if there was an easy way for staff to highlight which item on the receipt they are submitting for. **What problems is ENDVR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Distributing cash incentives to staff/ managing the implementation of the sales contests. ### 3. They are super fun to work with and always willing to offer support or advice to increase engagement. I also love being able to blend different mediums into learning missions. It helps so much having the option to use text, photos, and videos to engage learners. **What do you dislike about ENDVR?** Reducing file sizes to work in the platform can be cumbersome. I would also love the ability to format text to drive certain points across and segment blocks of text more effectively. **What problems is ENDVR solving and how is that benefiting you?** ENDVR is helping us to streamline our wholesale operations and communication. It's a lot easier to direct retailers to one single platform! ### 4. I do enjoy the educational videos and educating my customers about the product. **What do you dislike about ENDVR?** The downside is when receipts don't always get accepted and when we cash out, the options to transfer money are not ideal. Would love a written check option. **What problems is ENDVR solving and how is that benefiting you?** They have helped me with receipt approval and gear. They are phenomenal!!!! ### 5. Very easy to build micro lessons and go live with larger brand campaigns.
