EmployeeScreenIQ Basic does what most screening programs can do: criminal history, motor vehicle checks, social security verification, and that's about it. Additional packages can be purchased for additional services like: credit report, work history and education verification. Each package provides different levels of availability. There are times that we need all packages and the cost structure just isn't justifiable. There should be an option to purchase the full package of all services for a discounted price, because we don't always need all the services, and only use some of the services available 1-2 times per year.
