I think the platform UI is very user friendly and intuitive. It allows to simplify and streamline complex policies while providing visibility to the end user on item statutes. The analytics features allow for more in depth reporting and have been an asset to the decision making process.

As with any system there is room for improvement, for invoice, that would be to have the ability to identify some data errors easily. The interface does provide a general idea of what may cause an item from proceeding to the next step, however, it would help to pinpoint the specific item instead of having to review the entire data points. Emburse Chrome River Invoice makes submission of invoices for payment painless. There are no more forms to fill out. You just bring up your vendor, do a small amount of data entry, code your expenses, upload your invoice and viola! Your invoice is on it's way to Accounts Payable! Even a novice can do it!
