I think the platform UI is very user friendly and intuitive. It allows to simplify and streamline complex policies while providing visibility to the end user on item statutes. The analytics features allow for more in depth reporting and have been an asset to the decision making process.
The customer support is incredible, especially working closing with an assigned member of the team to walk through how to make improvements and easily implement them. Discussing new features that can help make the process even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As with any system there is room for improvement, for invoice, that would be to have the ability to identify some data errors easily. The interface does provide a general idea of what may cause an item from proceeding to the next step, however, it would help to pinpoint the specific item instead of having to review the entire data points.
