I like how easy this platform is to use. You "point and click" after you have provided care. I use this platform from the Admin and Clinical side, so I am well-versed with all of its features. I have used PCC in different health care settings such as Skilled Nursing & Assisted Living. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't particularly appreciate how PCC does not integrate information seamlessly if you are trying to access information for patients who are in one setting, such as SNF but end up going to another environment such as Assisted Living. The Risk Management feature mainly focuses on resident falls instead of other changes of a condition such as changes in skin integrity. When reporting new skin issues on Risk Management, it will ask the same questions needed for fall reports, so it is quite inconvenient from that aspect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reports from PointClickCare are not easy to export to Microsoft Excel. There is also no feature to void certain data entry such as notes. Once entered, no changes can be made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
