Founded by ecommerce entrepreneurs, we also share that expertise by offering free shipping optimization strategies and consulting, which is an additional way to save money on your shipping. We&#39;re a best fit for companies with smaller, heavy packages. We serve from SMB to enterprise, and the best part is that there are no service contracts. We learn about not only your company, products, and shipping, but also your current tech stack to see how we may (or may not) be a fit. We&#39;ll always be honest about whether we can help you save or not. Bring your own software or use one of our options (free and paid available). We offer multicarrier options including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other carriers domestically and internationally. We also offer a live support team via email, phone, or video to ensure that all your questions are answered. **What do you like best about eHub?**

eHub has really made a difference in how we manage our shipments. Their platform is easy to use and has helped us streamline our processes, saving both time and money.

What I appreciate most, though, is their customer support. They’re always there when we need them, quick to help, and genuinely care about making sure things go smoothly for us. It’s rare to find that level of support, and it’s what makes eHub stand out for me.

**What do you dislike about eHub?**

Honestly, there’s not much to complain about with eHub. It does what we need it to do, and any small issues we’ve run into have been handled quickly by their support team.

**What problems is eHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

eHub has been instrumental in streamlining all of our USPS shipments, allowing us to manage them efficiently and cost-effectively. This has a significant impact on our bottomline. With eHub soon handling our UPS and FedEx shipments as well, we're looking forward to further optimizing shipping process. 

Additionally, their outstanding lead generation program has provided valuable opportunities for growth. eHub has truly been a key partner in enhancing our shipping operations and driving our business forward.

Ehub has been a joy to work with and their blend of technology, efficient service, and excellent customer support is second to none.  Their entire team has been a pleasure to work with and honestly feel like an extension of Boost Transport.  Look forward to growing our partnership for years to come.

We have nothing negative to say about Ehub!

Ehub has been a great partner on our warehouse fulfillment side helping us with our USPS pricing, integrations into our WMS and analytics.
