What do you like best about KnowBe4 Cloud Email Security (Formerly Egress)?

I appreciate using KnowBe4 Cloud Email Security (Formerly Egress) because it effectively protects employees from both inbound and outbound email threats and aids in human risk mitigation. I value its capability to reduce risks associated with phishing, accidental disclosure, and providing insights about the riskiest users. The banners are a standout feature, automatically adding visual cues based on risk levels, which help users notice them easily and stay informed about potential threats. Additionally, it efficiently filters out unwanted spam and 'Graymail,' which reduces the noise in our inboxes significantly. The software integrates seamlessly with Microsoft 365, and the initial setup was very easy, with the implementation team making the onboarding process one of the smoothest I have ever experienced. What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Cloud Email Security (Formerly Egress)?

How it manages email security at the user-level, the email tags that clearly tell the recipient what the risk of the email is and gives an opportunity to educate the recipient by clicking on the tag, and the "bublewrapping of URLs" that actively checks all links at the time of receipt and time of click to ensure it is going to a trusted location. What problems is KnowBe4 Cloud Email Security (Formerly Egress) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Securing Email at the end-user level, through active ML/AI that learns patterns and catches phishing emails that other vendors have a hard time with. It also serves as an additional layer of end-user education on data awarness through the smart tags that users can click on and gain more insight. It also keeps all URLs protected, so no URL re-directs can successfully bypass these checks. Regardless of URL the landing point is always checked at time of click and protected if required. "Great Email Security, but Dashboard UI Needs Improvement"

What do you like best about KnowBe4 Cloud Email Security (Formerly Egress)?

Egress engineers made this deployment go very smoothly, there are almost too many positives to list but the most important pieces of Phishing and Ransomware detection have caught attacks that our former vendor and Microsoft Online protection have not caught in the past. The DLP feature has been great and has stopped multiple misdirected emails one of which could have been very harmful. The users love the Graymail folder and it really helps keep inboxes free of newsletters and solicited emails which has definitely enhanced productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Egress Prevent is helping us to reduce the amount of data loss and incorrect emails sent out of our business. Users are notified when they potentially misdirect emails allowing them to review their decision before the email is delivered. It is helping us reduce the amount of mistakes made when sending emails to large groups or containing attachments.
