I really appreciate KnowBe4 Cloud Email Security for its effectiveness in catching emails and especially the informative banners. The different color labels on incoming emails, with flags like red to indicate phishing signs, provide real information to users about potentially dangerous emails. I love the nudges too; they pop up to alert users when sensitive data that shouldn't be in an email might be sent out, or if someone not usually in the email chain gets added, which is really helpful for similar names. The initial setup was very simple, and after a few sessions for the proof of concept, it was ready for deployment once purchased. I appreciate using KnowBe4 Cloud Email Security (Formerly Egress) because it effectively protects employees from both inbound and outbound email threats and aids in human risk mitigation. I value its capability to reduce risks associated with phishing, accidental disclosure, and providing insights about the riskiest users. The banners are a standout feature, automatically adding visual cues based on risk levels, which help users notice them easily and stay informed about potential threats. Additionally, it efficiently filters out unwanted spam and 'Graymail,' which reduces the noise in our inboxes significantly. The software integrates seamlessly with Microsoft 365, and the initial setup was very easy, with the implementation team making the onboarding process one of the smoothest I have ever experienced. The reporting could be better. I get a great dashboard but would love the ability to make custom reports much like my KnowBe4 phishing awareness portal. I would also like for PhishER and the Abuse mailbox to be merged. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How it manages email security at the user-level, the email tags that clearly tell the recipient what the risk of the email is and gives an opportunity to educate the recipient by clicking on the tag, and the "bublewrapping of URLs" that actively checks all links at the time of receipt and time of click to ensure it is going to a trusted location. Egress engineers made this deployment go very smoothly, there are almost too many positives to list but the most important pieces of Phishing and Ransomware detection have caught attacks that our former vendor and Microsoft Online protection have not caught in the past. The DLP feature has been great and has stopped multiple misdirected emails one of which could have been very harmful. The users love the Graymail folder and it really helps keep inboxes free of newsletters and solicited emails which has definitely enhanced productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
