**What do you like best about ECOBPM?**

The service orders and the routine maintenance for the governmental contracts are performed by ECOBPM with great efficiency. They minimize on the time that technicians take to receive their jobs and that increases the efficiency of technicians.

**What do you dislike about ECOBPM?**

The reporting functionality in ECOBPM seems quite lacking to my mind. I can never be in a position to review or research on the trend of the maintenance costs or the distribution of resources when it comes to different contracts.

**What problems is ECOBPM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The use of ECOBPM has enhanced efficiency in managing of government contracts. We have pointed out that having a centralized system work order dispatch, reoccurring tasks, and compliance with contracts has helped reduce errors and increase efficiency.
