&lt;p&gt;I’d expect integration complexity to matter almost as much as forecast accuracy at enterprise scale. A strong model loses value if regional teams are feeding it inconsistent ERP, inventory, or sales data and spending each cycle reconciling inputs. I’d test how quickly the platform can produce one comparable forecast across several real regions using the company’s existing data sources.&lt;/p&gt;
