I completely love the simplicity and reliability of EASE. Its cloud-based storage system makes accessing my customers' data simple, secure and fast - saving me a lot of time that I can put back into making sure they get the best customer service possible. Enrolment processes are now streamlined like never before thanks to this system, even earning praise from one of our most recent clients who said their enrolment process was "the easiest [they] have ever done". I understand why we need extra security when it comes to protecting sensitive and private information, but I don't like the fact that the system requires a second confirmation step via email code verification. This can be both time consuming and inconvenient as an administrator as I need to quickly access different screens, resulting in me being automatically logged out each time I return to Ease. I appreciate the security, ease of use and intuitive design of EASE's technology. With their secure database, I can quickly retrieve any information about my customers' plans or employees that I need to provide a level of service that exceeds most competitors. In addition, employee enrollment has become even easier with simplified accuracy - which was confirmed when a new client claimed it was "the easiest enrollment" they'd ever completed after receiving the link in an email from me! I do not like the fact that Ease's reporting lacks clarity and it can be cumbersome to extract key information from these reports. Additionally, requiring administrators to review two separate enrollment reports is an unnecessary hassle. While there are no cost prohibitive options for this system, I believe that other applications offer more comprehensive features compared to Ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The lag that often happens is very frustrating. You can't upload more than one file at a time or edit descriptions of files once you have uploaded them. The limit on file size uploading and sending also causes issues Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
