I am a long-time customer of Wondershare Technology, and my recent experience has been nothing short of horrendous. I purchased two one-year licenses for their Dr.Fone product, only to find that both stopped working after just four months. When I reached out for support, I was met with unhelpful responses and an outright refusal to provide a refund or alternative solutions.

After multiple attempts to resolve the error 12 issue on my iOS device through their AI assistant and a representative named Lloyd, I was informed that Pokémon Go had blocked third-party virtual location tools, rendering my subscription useless. Despite this, Wondershare refused to issue a refund, citing that my purchase date in February was too far in the past, even though I last used the product in June.

Lloyd's sympathy did nothing to address the core issue. He repeatedly stated that their system could no longer process a refund and that escalation to management or ownership was not an option. This lack of flexibility and responsibility is utterly unacceptable. I have wasted a significant amount of money on two licenses that are now completely useless.

Wondershare's refusal to accommodate a long-time customer and its rigid policies demonstrate a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Their service has been deeply disappointing, and I expected far better from a company I had trusted for so long.

There is not much in this software to be liked. The UI/UX is simple but it is simple for a reason, it is kept simple to fool the user into backing up their data. Once backed up, there is no way to recover the data for free just like you backed up for free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is ransomware but in a different way. It operates exactly like ransomware and I am surprised how this is allowed under the sun. It let's you backup your data for free in a format that is not recoverable or browseable by any software but theirs and you have to pay to recover your own data. Sounds familiar? there was a problem face my I forgot my iCloud password and password for recover email; it be so hard to can unlock it as the iPhone locked the acc and asked for ID Apple, but i tried to fix this issue and reached it at the end :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had almost lost all of my recordings, but after loading this, I was able to get them all back! So, it literally saved my life because my lecture audio notes were all saved on my phone. Also, it was affordable that a student can easily install and use! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't see multiple use for it, so I haven't used it very often. I used it one time and then I believe I just let it sit in my phone, incase I lose my recordings all over again! But I would recommend it to anyone who tends to clear their phone data often... this can save you loads of trouble incase you clear important files and then you scramble to find some other software to re-store your precious data!
