I've been using tenorshare for years and this is another review I had to share with anyone who isn't sure if it's worth your time and money. Not only does the software exceed my needs but the customer service they give is hands down the best. They took care of me as if I were a guest in a 5 star hotel. They are like Alfred and I'm Batman and their software is my utility belt. Everything for all my situations from Android to iOS, Mac and PC. Friggin amazing. The software is also a great price for everything that is included. Truly one of my favorite softwares incase of accidents or something unplanned that helps me get back on my feet easier. **What do you dislike about Tenorshare UltData for iOS?** One bug I do is sometimes when connecting my iPhone the software does not recognize my phone, which could be a problem with my cable, however I have used a plenty of different ones. The quick fix is usually just restarting the program and it recognizes it instantly. Other than that small fixable problem, this software is truly the best for IPhone data recovery. **What problems is Tenorshare UltData for iOS solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows business owners such as myself a sort of weight off our shoulders when concerning work phone data especially if lost. Company will refuse to honor 30day money back guarantee. They will blame any problems on your hardware, even if you are using it without issue. They are basically running a clever scam to get money out of people by promising to provide software programs that they know are not effective. **What problems is Tenorshare UltData for iOS solving and how is that benefiting you?** I had 3 iPhones stuck in recovery mode. Tenorshare didn't help with anything.
