# misleading advertising

The website of Dr. phone that offers unlocking cell phones without loss of data, does not say that its program does not work with all types of cell phones, I bought the program to unlock a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, but their program only It arrives at the S6 Edge, I contacted them to ask for help, and their response was that I did a factory reset on the phone, but to do that I did not have to pay $ 39 to buy a program that offers something that it cannot do, and They kept my money. I advise you not to buy the program without knowing if it works for your phone, because they will not return the money they will keep your money, even if the program does not work for you.

Well I did buy the product dr.fone for data recovery and then uninstalled it. It is a chinese product. In the data recovery process it logs all your details onto a chinese server. Which is crawled by chinese govt. The recovery of data is also iffy if uou know what I mean?
