It’s frustrating that I can't select a year-over-year (YoY) reporting view directly and have to open two tabs to compare. Additionally, the inability to select a date range when reporting for SMS campaigns is limiting. There's also a need for a more simplified way of viewing the performance of dynamic content in emails. Another area that could be enhanced is the product recommendation blocks, as we often encounter difficulties with the output when setting up product recommendations. Firstly, the ability to have multiple accounts. This makes it much easier for us a business to manage our three brands. The support from our account manager Jay has been outstanding too, making it super easy to implement new things into our email marketing efforts. This is a channel we use daily in our marketing team, and send several emails per week to our customer base. The ease of integrating this into our marketing flow was seamless, and is helping us grow and improve our efforts. The software itself is very much user friendly too. I like how user-friendly Dotdigital is, especially when dealing with technical tasks like building a customer journey, which the platform simplifies by clearly indicating what is occurring. The AI bot integrated into the system is incredibly useful for obtaining quick answers to simple questions, making operations smoother and more efficient. This feature is particularly beneficial when trying to find a feature or how to construct basic elements like a segment. Additionally, the initial setup process was very easy, thanks to the helpful staff who provided all the necessary information, facilitating a smooth transition. We appreciate how well Dotdigital meets our needs compared to our previous provider, with less spam and more creative design capabilities, and we are already seeing how it integrates seamlessly with Fresh Relevance, which we were already using. I like the ease of building emails with Dotdigital. The drag and drop system is very easy, and I appreciate having the set building blocks. I mainly use the campaign, audience, and automation sections, and I find them all useful in their own right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Dotdigital? I find reporting on Dotdigital to be problematic as it is always changing, which forces us to learn how to adapt to these changes. A small change on Dotdigital's end can completely alter our output. Additionally, there are glitches in the email build, and having too few rules when creating segments makes it impossible to get our audience perfectly correct. "Easy to Navigate and Implement, with Helpful Fresh Relevance Training" 4/5 What do you like best about Dotdigital? The site is very easy to navigate, and everything is clearly labelled. Once you know your way around dot digital, it’s not difficult to implement different elements. We use dot digital weekly to create emails and Fresh Relevance.
