The best thing about donor quest is their wholistic approach towards donor database management. I like scheduling interactions between team members and the donors of my nonprofit. What do you dislike about DonorQuest?

I find the fundraising CRM is a bit challenging and not user friendly. I had to train employees on how to use it twice before they got the hang of it. After that, it was worth it because I experienced efficiency in reporting and measuring performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DonorQuest solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having all donors in one database and tracking all the funding, volunteer involvement, matching donations, and automated follow-up messages saves time and energy. The fact that donor quest is free for the first 1000 donors is amazing; that means that if I grow to have more, I would by then be able to pay for subscription which every nonprofit looks forward to.
