
The best thing about donor quest is their wholistic approach towards donor database management. I like scheduling interactions between team members and the donors of my nonprofit. The CRM is very interactive and has a lot of features that would help a growing nonprofit get accurate reporting as they grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find the fundraising CRM is a bit challenging and not user friendly. I had to train employees on how to use it twice before they got the hang of it. After that, it was worth it because I experienced efficiency in reporting and measuring performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
