**What do you like best about Dolphin AI?**

Dolphin automates the process of pulling customer feedback from different sources into one place, and pushes everything into “product manager” & Senior Management safe terms to collaborate on the most important insights. 
It’s fast, easy to use, and accessible for large amounts of data (we're putting through 10k+ support tickets per month, Gong calls, Hubspot surveys, CSVs, and more).
The team are also *super* quick to add more features - sometimes before we know we need it! - and answer our questions.

**What do you dislike about Dolphin AI?**

Nothing to dislike, I recommend it to everyone in the CX industry who needs to manage VoC and close the loop with Product.

**What problems is Dolphin AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefit for us is mainly the possibility to automate the analysis of verbatim customer feedback at scale, with very different type of data (support chats, video calls, surveys, and reviews) without having to manually read each mention. It helps us breakdown the feedback into themes and categories to create reports for other stakeholders and our specifically our VoC team.
