&lt;p&gt;Worth asking vendors specifically whether the transparency comes from the platform or the PM, because those are very different things. A dashboard you can check anytime is not the same as a PM who&#39;s responsive on Slack. One keeps working at 2am when you&#39;re prepping a release, the other doesn&#39;t.&lt;/p&gt;
