**What do you like best about Document360?**

easy search, tags, embed files, embed videos, very simple layout, additional cost: you can have user preferences and departments/levels, you can also have an internal or external facing (external you have to purchase a second project). my agents absolutely love this product. I didn't have to train them to use it they just used it like google and went with it. This is a simple KB without all the extras that something like zendesk offers so if you want a simple KB at a good price this is it.

**What do you dislike about Document360?**

my only complaint is the editing tool. It is not intuitive and doesn't function like microsoft word or something similar. Often times there are editing problems where I have to delete content and start again because I can't clear or change formatting.

**What problems is Document360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

all of our call center agents can self serve now. we have reduced questions for basic and complex items.

Intuitive UI to accommodate almost all the use-cases
Corner cases can be covered by the tips provided by healthy community.
Team collaboration capabilities, and controlled publish
Knowledge base creation eased with proper navigation.
Analytics are really helpful to get insights which are not quite accessible to target audience.

**What do you dislike about Document360?**

Limited no-code themeing options to make it company's own.
UI is inconsistent sometimes.
By now Document360 must have enough user usage data to prioritise on which features it has to work more or make new ones. create use-case specific features. e.g. Page Layouts
No-code is on the rise. Some things that require external css and js must be usedf as

**Recommendations to others considering Document360:**

If you're looking for a tool to build a self-service knowledge base/ support page for your product/ enterprise, Document360 is quite considerable.
Its merit is in its ability to allow team to create and collaborate seamlessly. Private knowledge bases can be created to restrict the data access to only authorised personal.
Analytics are big help to fine tune the problematic areas of your product. You can get feedback on the pages themselves.
Advanced personalisation is well possible with custom CSS and JS capabilities.
Definitely will reduced support costs for your organisation.

**What problems is Document360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was on the team to create support page for our product Whatfix. Benefits that I realised:
1.  Pages, quick links, breadcrumbs, rich text editing, indexing, formatting etc are few of the best tools for our use-case.
2. Links and custom CSS and JS editing help go a level further if you know it.

**What do you like best about Document360?**

Creating documentation is easy to do, making the edits with code or easy formatter is very useful for people with any background. What I like about document360 is the live preview on the side to show you what your documentation will look like when it goes live. Having custom roles for specific users allows for anyone within our organization to quickly make edits, yet restrict them from accessing certain settings.

**What do you dislike about Document360?**

What I dislike about document360 is the analytics section. We setup our page to show us our metrics on our documentation traffic however no matter what we have tried it will not populate correctly. We also run in to a bug where the documentation editor will switch, by itself, to a different editor halfway through our editing. These our minor bugs but are quite annoying.

**Recommendations to others considering Document360:**

Have documentation360 accessible on mobile to make quick edits on the go. Fixing metrics on the backend would be useful for us so that we can monitor our support traffic.

**What problems is Document360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are creating a central place to access all documentation for our product suite that is easily accessible to anyone anywhere. Having quick links in the top right hand header allows users to navigate to different articles and sites that are related to our product but not necessarily documentation based.

I think primarily, its how simple and easy to understand Document360 is. Most tech applications and softwares are complex, and not very easy for a layperson to comprehend. This is not the case with Document360.

Though we can integrate with fresh chat opening integrations with other chat apps like liveagent would be our interest. The product is  still not matured enough for more integrations with other apps.

Software UI Design is beautiful
Functionalities such as user authorization are amazing. This way you can limit access to your team only or project level. In Document 360, you could easily change your help center's domain to your won custom domain and verify it easily within the application. This helped customizing our help page to maximum possible levels.

The best thing about the software is its user-friendliness. I could easily navigate through the option (requires lesser clicks than apps like the Microsoft team) . It's a been a great help during work fromhome.

The code we write is not "fiddled with" behind the scenes. Previously used content management systems made it virtually impossible to code something interesting as nothing rendered as it was coded. Document360 do this well, not perfectly, but well.

Custom CSS is not taken into account when previewing markup.

As a pure content management system, Document360 has impressed me with its flexibility, usability and simplicity. If you have limited coding knowledge, the user interface makes it easy to create great looking content. However, if coding knowledge is more advanced, Document360 also provides a great deal of customisation and freedom.

We are able to create documents and customer experiences with our unique approach and aren't hemmed in. We have also fixed our navigation issues simply by moving to Document360.

Document360 has the ability to edit content using mark down editor with lot of build features for formatting including the advanced colour code formatting showing the warning signs. For us this enables us to build a neat and clean engaging content for our documentation purposes.

I am not sure about the features as the mark down editor is my day to day usage. Overall the portal is quite easy to work with.

As mentioned above we are bigtime in to online documentation for all our products and I am talking about 100s of pages. The inclusion of emojis are a great addition.

The version control makes it easy to maintain multiple versions of a document. The most important backup/restore feature allowing users to choose a manual or automatic system backup is brilliant. The editor comes with cool features like on-screen preview and full design preview. We can completely focus on the content and not worry about the formatting

I used to believe that transition to a new software can sometimes be Painful, but I now Believe that transition to a new software can sometimes be seamless as well, as it was for Document360

**What do you dislike about Document360?**

I wish the preview landing page loads faster. Sometimes it doesn’t even load and keeps rotating. I have to close it and retry preview again after some moments.

The homepage builder feature was an easy to use tool that helps you create customer facing pages without any design knowledge. 
Category manager was another feature which we use extensively.

**What do you dislike about Document360?**

Detailed tutorial videos and new feature release is not updated on a timely manner. In chat assistance would have been great.

**What problems is Document360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are required to create a lot of customer facing pages using the homepage builder that helps the user to search for the FAQ they are after. With document360 we were instantly able to create multiple pages and upload detailed documentation for our users to search and find.

My favorite is their incredible customer service! Their team goes above and beyond to help make sure you have everything you need, just the way you want it. If I ever have a question or concern, they're quick to respond and always willing to help. I definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to build a one-of-a-kind knowledge base.

Haven't faced an issue yet. 

Additionally I would like to have their customer support available 24/7 so that user can get most out of their product with the help or their incredible customer service team .

The Markdown editor is a really nice feature even for someone who has limited knowledge of markup. The inbuilt formatting tools are helpful in creating a good looking documentation quickly.

Wish they had more extensions for other helpdesk solutions.

Made my work fast and easy. Not only do they assist you quickly, they listen to your feedback and add it in later versions which is awesome!

So far the tool has worked pretty well for us. Love to see more integration tools.

Make best out of this software. It has worked exceptionally  for me & my team mates and has met all  my requirements. 

It's very user friendly and the services by support team is beyond your expectations. 

It's easy to set-up and you will get used to of it once you start using it.  As user your always expect that your requirements and suggestions are listened and answered they always pay attention to your requirements and make them available which is incredible.

Above all it's pocket friendly and has dozen to offer which makes your solutions to be used in best possible way.

You would be hard pressed to find a solution that offers everything that Document360 does at a price point that fits the budget.

We plan to use this software internally to begin, but I love that the option is there for external use as well. The amazing built in features are so relevant and exactly what we needed in order to get started quickly. The transition to a new software can sometimes be painful, but Document360 was seamless

No issues or complaints so far, the only thing that could be enhanced in future version is availability of more customization features. Although, the existing are quite nice but having more options is always good to have

We are able to monitor which pages are receiving the most traffic, which ones could use a boost. You can tell that they are pushing their product forward and trying to create something unique from other knowledgebase platforms. Their recent updates to their Analytics show that they have been working hard and providing value to their customers. Also, they have amazing customer service.

There have been few issues but they have been taken care of. They continue to upgrade new features & functionalities making this software extremely valuable to any business.

First, the implementation was as easy as pie, thanks to the amazing support team. Second, Document360 provides a friendly user interface for employees to add or update articles. The tool helps us keep our organisational knowledge fresh and rich. Overall, with Document360, we have created a new focus and all our teams and employees are on the same page.

Do we have a concern about this product? It's a weak yes because everything we wanted was granted. However, we would like to see more integrations in the future. But for now, we are quite comfortable with the available features.

The tool allows you to create a clean knowledge base, with a fair amount of customization available to tweak the look and feel of the KB. Also, the support team is responsive to issues we've reported.

We're running into a few bugs when trying to use some of the features; frankly, I was surprised at the severity of some issues that should have long been resolved, but the team has jumped in to work around them with a fairly quick turnaround.

We had one minor issue when we first implemented the tool, we contacted them and they setup a conference call. Within 48 hours the issue was resolved AND fixed. I have not had an issue since. My company and I are extremely pleased with Document360 and what it accomplishes
