## Dock Pricing FAQs

Generated using AI

Is Dock free, or does it offer a free trial?

Yes. According to G2 data, Dock offers a free plan with limited features. Users can upgrade to paid plans for additional capabilities. Visit the seller's official pricing page to compare plan options and features.

How much does Dock cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, Dock pricing in 2026 starts at $350.00 and can reach $1,000.00 depending on the selected plan. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the Dock's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is Dock pricing best suited for?

According to G2 reviews of Dock, the free tier suits solopreneurs and very small teams running simple sales or onboarding workflows. Dock's Starter pricing is best suited for early-stage startups needing CRM integration and unlimited workspaces. The Premium tier aligns well with scaling mid-market companies in software, marketing, and professional services that need content management, branded workspaces, and advanced deal room features. G2 reviewers from mid-market companies in computer software and information technology represent the most active user base and consistently praise Dock's value at this tier. Enterprise-level organizations with SSO, API, and dedicated support needs are directed toward Dock's custom-priced Enterprise tier.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Dock?

Dock's free tier supports individuals and small teams with up to 50 workspaces and basic integrations including Slack, Zoom, Loom, and Google tools, but lacks CRM connectivity, advanced integrations, and branding controls. Dock's paid plans begin at $350/month for the Starter tier, unlocking unlimited workspaces, Salesforce and HubSpot CRM sync, and advanced integrations like Gong. The Premium tier at $750/month adds content management, learning playbooks, sales order forms, connected workspaces, and Dock branding removal. G2 reviewers note that CRM integration and engagement analytics are key drivers for upgrading. One reviewer specifically mentioned the free tier felt limiting once their team scaled beyond basic use cases.

Is Dock considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers broadly consider Dock good value, with an average rating of 4.5 out of 5 across a large volume of reviews. Multiple G2 users from small businesses specifically call out Dock's pricing as affordable and transparent, with one reviewer noting it delivers powerful features at a reasonable cost compared to similar tools. Mid-market reviewers highlight strong ROI through engagement tracking, reduced email chaos, and faster deal cycles. Some G2 reviewers flag that the Starter tier at $350/month feels steep for very small teams, and one reviewer wished for a lower-cost entry point between the free and Starter tiers. Overall, G2 reviews of Dock reflect strong satisfaction relative to its pricing.

"Decent User Experience, Falls Short in Configuration and Trial Length"

3/5

What do you like best about Dock?

I appreciate the great UX/UI experience that Dock offers from an end-user perspective. The interface appears clean and efficient for presenting a lot of information, which I find beneficial. I particularly like the ability to set timed deliverables, which adds value in coordinating and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule. The customization aspect is another positive feature, allowing for adaptations to meet specific needs and preferences effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dock?

I found the trial period to be too short at only 5 days, which was insufficient to fully explore and validate the usage we envisioned. A longer trial period, such as 2-4 weeks, would be more beneficial to thoroughly understand its capabilities. Additionally, I experienced challenges with the setup, particularly with the API guide, which I found to be not informative and unclear, making the initial integration less smooth than anticipated. Also, the ability to test and configure custom object integration with Salesforce was problematic, limiting its functionality for our specific needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?

Dock would have streamlined communication and facilitated timely deliverables between our team and clients, while offering a great UX/UI experience and customization options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
