## About DispatchOne
Dispatch is a last-mile delivery orchestration platform that helps distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and other B2B enterprises manage on-demand delivery, fleet operations, carrier coordination, and delivery reporting from one system. The platform, DispatchOne, combines software with a network of professional delivery drivers, so businesses can run deliveries without maintaining a separate courier vendor for every market. Companies use DispatchOne to replace fragmented courier calls, manual route planning spreadsheets, and disconnected carrier contracts with a single platform. Typical users include operations leaders, fleet managers, IT and supply chain staff, and branch or location managers at companies in industries such as building products, paint, electrical and solar, HVAC and plumbing, automotive, plastics, print and promotions, and industrial machinery and equipment. DispatchOne is organized into modules that businesses can activate based on their needs: -On-Demand and Hotshot Delivery routes orders through Dispatch's network of professional delivery drivers, with tracking and service-level reporting for each delivery. -Fleet Management handles route planning, vehicle capacity, driver assignment, and scheduling for a company's owned vehicles. -Carrier Orchestration consolidates multiple carrier contracts and Dispatch's driver network into one system with a single performance view. -Integrations connects DispatchOne to a company's ERP, TMS, CRM, and eCommerce systems so orders are created and tracked automatically. -Data and Analytics reports on cost per delivery, on-time performance, and service-level compliance across locations and carriers. DispatchOne includes real-time delivery tracking, proof of delivery, automated customer notifications, and reporting tools that consolidate data across owned fleets, third-party carriers, and Dispatch's driver network. Dispatch was founded in 2016 and its network covers more than 80 U.S. markets with more than 30,000 professional delivery drivers. The company reports serving more than 57,000 business locations and completed a Series C funding round in 2026.

**What do you like best about DispatchOne?**

I found DispatchOne through Google and it was awesome. The website was super easy to use and set up. It didn't require a long approval process, unlike a competitor that required 24 to 48 hours to set up an account. I just needed to put in my credit card, and everything worked. I also appreciated getting text updates on when someone was arriving and when the delivery was made. The entire process was smooth and fast, as DispatchOne was able to help me get my labels transferred and completed all within about a three to four-hour time period.

**What problems is DispatchOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I found DispatchOne super easy to use and set up, without a long approval process. It minimized my shipping costs and time, allowing quick turnaround within three to four hours. I appreciated the text updates, and it saved us from doing extra work.

It provide me to a platform to do everything related for trucking on a single application.

nothing, almost everything is perfect in this.

it help me to track my work when I dispatch any shipment.

**What do you like best about DispatchOne?**

It has taken so much extra work out of my job and really simplified things! The company really listens to requests and updates and adds things often that really make a difference.

**What do you dislike about DispatchOne?**

The only downside I can think of is the searching process when adding a customer drop off; it changes the list so fast to random names, making it a little tricky when you're in a hurry.

**What problems is DispatchOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They've changed the way the routes are viewed on a map from just being as the crow flies to the actual roads which helps a lot for areas that have stops so close to each other.
