It didn't require a long approval process, unlike a competitor that required 24 to 48 hours to set up an account. I just needed to put in my credit card, and everything worked. I also appreciated getting text updates on when someone was arriving and when the delivery was made. The entire process was smooth and fast, as DispatchOne was able to help me get my labels transferred and completed all within about a three to four-hour time period.

It provide me to a platform to do everything related for trucking on a single application.

It has taken so much extra work out of my job and really simplified things! The company really listens to requests and updates and adds things often that really make a difference.
