**What do you like best about diio?**

I like the quality of the analyses from the diio meetings, which always bring good ideas and synthesize the information very well. It helps to quickly find the meeting information, which allows the team not to always have to take notes, since diio does that. Thus, the team can give full attention to the lead. Additionally, I found it very simple to do the initial setup, as it comes pre-configured.

**What do you dislike about diio?**

Depending on the duration of the meeting, he leaves in the middle and I couldn't adjust that. He should leave only after the effective inactivity of the users from my company's team, also avoiding situations where the team leaves and he continues recording the lead.

**What problems is diio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Diio to synthesize sales meetings and quickly find lead information. It makes automatic notes, allowing my team to fully focus on the leads during meetings.

The correct analysis of each meeting. Understand the client's pains. Alerts you about what you forgot to ask. Sends you an email with your commitments and those of the client.

There is nothing I don't like. I find it extraordinary.

Allow yourself to organize and prioritize your activities without forgetting the commitments made.

Resolve the meeting notes and insights very well, regarding main arguments, topics discussed, follow-up email proposal, strengths, and weaknesses.

I like that everything is done automatically and that the information it gathers helps us make the best decisions.

I do not have bad comments about Diio. Is working well.

I no longer have to take notes from my meetings or study the information about a client before the meeting. Additionally, it helps me track my team's sales and understand their areas of opportunity without having to participate in their meetings.

What I like most about diio is that it provides incredible feedback and automatically keeps track of the commitments discussed in sales meetings. This has led me to stay on top of all my deals and ensure I always deliver.

diio has not integrated yet with the CRM that we use

As someone who heavily relies on keeping track of commitments and important notes, I find diio incredibly helpful in addressing various challenges and providing significant advantages. One of the main issues it tackles is the struggle of managing and remembering commitments made during meetings and calls. diio simplifies this task by automatically capturing and organizing commitments, ensuring that nothing falls trough the cracks.

Also diio enhances my ability to review important notes and insights from meetings. This feature allows me to reflect on successful strategies and pinpoint areas for improvement. I feel like diio promotes continuous growth and development by offering personalized feedback and insights tailored to my sales process.

**What do you like best about diio?**

diio is awesome for getting deals across the finish line. I'm all in for its Hubspot hookup; it's a game-changer for someone who hates typing up CRM stuff. With diio, I just chat naturally with clients, and it sorts all that info out for me. Plus, the training tips and chance-of-winning guesses are super helpful and spot-on.

**What do you dislike about diio?**

Videocalls works only with Google Meets and Zoom. Phone call recording work only with Hubspot.

**What problems is diio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

diio it's tackling some real headaches for me, especially around managing sales and keeping our CRM updated. First off, it's a lifesaver when it comes to feeding info into our CRM. I used to dread having to manually enter details after each client call or meeting. Now, I just have my conversations, and diio takes care of structuring and updating all that data automatically. It feels like I've got my own personal assistant dedicated to CRM tasks, which is a huge time saver.

Then there's the whole sales training and performance feedback aspect. diio's insights and tips aren't just generic advice; they're tailored to my conversations and situations. It's like having a sales coach who's always on, giving me real-time pointers on how to up my game. This has made me more aware of my sales approach and helped me refine my tactics based on solid data.

Also, the success prediction feature is something I didn't know I needed until I started using it. Being able to gauge the likelihood of closing a deal based on my interactions has been a game-changer. nothing bad to say so far, it's been a useful tool since we started

The main problem was complying with the follow-ups and next steps with clients, as we did not always have the commitments correctly recorded.

What I like most about diio is the feedback it gives me after each meeting and how it allows you to save time on tasks like updating the CRM and sending follow-up emails.

Sometimes he confuses the names of the competition.

diio allows me to save time on tedious tasks, helps me stay 100% focused on connecting with my client by taking important notes for me, and organizes my deals based on a fairly accurate success prediction. It also provides me with very accurate feedback that allows me to improve over time as a salesperson.
