You can arrange a customized lobby for your attendees. It is a good feature which we did not find in Zoom. You do not have to download the software, the browser version is enough to join the webinars and virtual conferences. As organizers, we were able to customize the notification alerts for our attendees. There is no limitation for the number of presenters or speakers. Pricing is quite affordable and not tricky. For Webinars or Virtual conferences when you send invitations to the panelists or speakers there is a 50/50 chance that they do not receive this invitation email and link, not even in the spam. The organizer cannot arrange customized recurring conference sessions. We wanted to arrange a week event with one registration link because each day we would discuss a different subtopic of the main topic. But with one registration link, it was not possible. Samba Live offers many collaborative features that make 1:1 meetings, group meetings but also webinars interactive. I really enjoyed the whiteboard feature and the possibility to upload documents and/or videos for sharing.

It's easy to set up, you don't need any software or downloads. That makes it super easy for others to join your session, your participants only need a link + password (no signup required).

I enjoy using Samba Live instead of other video conferencing solutions because it's reliable, intuitive (easy user interface) and it offers the right mix of collaborative features. The admin interface (where you manage your account) feels a bit overwhelming sometimes. Nevertheless, it's easy to set up a meeting and the meeting interface itself is great. The support of Samba Live is also super reliable, they are very respectful and always try to help - I have the feeling that the team takes the ideas and feature requests really seriously. Today's session with 18 people from 4 countries was particularly challenging. People had connection issues suddenly in the middle of the session. And twice our 4 breakout rooms ended without any warning. It doesn't help that breakout rooms are reset the very moment that they end, so I had to manually put everyone back in again.
