Absolutely nothing, because I can’t get any of my questions answered or resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect? Cannot cancel my subscription. I spoke directly with the director, who personally assured me the subscription would be canceled and that I would receive a refund. May came around and not only was the subscription still active, but I was charged again. The worst part of this entire experience has been the customer service. Be prepared to wait 1-2 hours just to speak with someone, and then another 1-2 weeks to actually get anything resolved. Extremely frustrating experience overall.
