## About dialnote
dialnote is an AI-powered business phone system built for small and growing businesses that need a modern VoIP phone system without the $40–80 per-seat pricing of legacy providers. **What do you like best about dialnote?**

I appreciate the ease of setting up the agent in Dialnote, as it took me less than 15 minutes to get a basic agent that we started testing with live users. The agent sounds like a real person, which I like. The audio clarity is also a plus for me. I enjoy the combination of call flows, call queues, and AI agents that Dialnote offers. We could set up an IVR for different departments. For support, we added an AI voice agent and instructed it to transfer specific calls to human agents. The queuing system is beneficial, and if the AI agent can't answer a query during non-business hours, it captures the lead and arranges a callback. It also provides a summary of every call with all call tagging.

**What do you dislike about dialnote?**

While we could make outbound calls, it doesn't have an outbound dialer and hence our cold calling team still uses another tool.

**What problems is dialnote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dialnote for timely responses, even during non-business hours, with accurate answers and routing complex queries to human agents. It simplifies setup, enables IVR for departments, and provides call summaries with tagging.
