dialnote is the AI business phone system priced for your whole team: shared numbers, call routing, branded AI voice agents that answer, qualify, and book, and automatic CRM sync, all included, with no per-user cost. The Team plan is $49/mo for unlimited users. Most business phone systems charge per user and sell AI as an add-on, so the bill grows every time you hire. dialnote works the other way around. The Team, Business and Pro plans include unlimited users, so you can add contractors, seasonal staff or a whole department without the price going up. The AI voice agent is included from the Team plan up. The AI voice agent answers calls 24/7, including after hours. It asks the questions you choose and logs the answers, answers common questions from your knowledge base, books meetings on Calendly or Cal.com, sends a follow-up text, and transfers the call to a teammate when a person is needed.
