**What do you like best about DevTrack?**

The best thing I like about the DevTrack is that it has much more to offer than just a bug tracking tool, specially useful if you are working on a fast paced agile project. It provides the capability to manage defects along with releases, requirements and test cases integration, controlling any changes.

**What do you dislike about DevTrack?**

If you are more interest in QA perspective than you might feel that it is probably out of scope after testing phase but again very good learning curve to see beyond the testing phases and to get to the finished state.

**What problems is DevTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DevTrack offers a lot to solve the problems that can happen during a project. I have realized that it is very helpful in finding the loop holes during the defects tracking and resolution process by providing 100% transparency to the current state of issues and assignees. Typically useful for any revision control through integrated SCM tools. It provides all features for Agile process.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samuel B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 10, 2018

**What do you like best about DevTrack?**

Linking bugs, viewing history of ownership, linking other media, multi-project.
Branching tasks to create a workflow history and a bug evolution.

**What do you dislike about DevTrack?**

Plenty of redundancies within each work flow. Hard to look at. Some tabs fail to load. Cooperation with third party programs would be appreciated, it's a little tricky to get task data out of DevTrack and compare it to work done in Hansoft.

**Recommendations to others considering DevTrack:**

There's many other bug tracking services. Devtrack has plenty of flexibility as well as a webservice to avoid installing programs.

**What problems is DevTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bug tracking, Task tracking.
Creating branches off of a bug or task is a convenient way to see a bugs evolution or a developers task process/progress.

Fortunately for DevTrack, I don't recall having any iniquitous remarks. Although I have yet to use DevTrack since 2010, still, I rank it as a favorite of mine.

**What problems is DevTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Throughout my experiences with other tracking software systems, I've found that the organization implemented by DevTrack makes locating tickets thoughtlessly simple, while ultimately reducing search time.
