The best thing I like about the DevTrack is that it has much more to offer than just a bug tracking tool, specially useful if you are working on a fast paced agile project. If you are more interest in QA perspective than you might feel that it is probably out of scope after testing phase but again very good learning curve to see beyond the testing phases and to get to the finished state. I have realized that it is very helpful in finding the loop holes during the defects tracking and resolution process by providing 100% transparency to the current state of issues and assignees. It's simple, to-the-point, and allows for a good amount of control and customization. Customer service is quick to respond. I experienced the last update of DevTrack was not user friendly. I remembered some of the plugins / module are not well integrated to new version. Ticket searching inside of DevTrack was made simple, yet completely user-controlled. If I remember correctly, users had the ability to customize profile displays. Fortunately for DevTrack, I don't recall having any iniquitous remarks. Although I have yet to use DevTrack since 2010, still, I rank it as a favorite of mine.
