
Ticket searching inside of DevTrack was made simple, yet completely user-controlled. If I remember correctly, users had the ability to customize profile displays. This granted an ease of usage across the entire platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Fortunately for DevTrack, I don't recall having any iniquitous remarks. Although I have yet to use DevTrack since 2010, still, I rank it as a favorite of mine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
