What do you like best about DevRev?

I've been using UserExperior for some time now, and I must say, it's absolutely fantastic! I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and colleagues. This tool has been a lifesaver when it comes to tracking what people do in our app and giving us super helpful insights into user behavior. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DevRev?

Well, to be honest, there isn't much I dislike about UserExperior. However, if I had to point out a minor inconvenience, it would be the occasional delay in data processing.

One area that could benefit from enhancement is the user interface (UI) of the UserExperior platform itself. While the functionality is robust, the UI can feel slightly overwhelming and cluttered at times. What do you like best about DevRev?

It helps to understand PMs whether the flow designed is helping their users in the right direction or not, it also allow or enables to check the responsiveness of apis and speed. Some of the cool features are Heatmap analysis, funnel to check drop off and api responsive speed or letting know the type of error customer faced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
