While some features, especially in accounting, were a bit tricky at first, I appreciate that there are resources available to help. It's good to know that support is there when needed. **What do you dislike about Deskera ERP?** One thing I miss is a client portal. Currently, I'm using my WordPress site to compensate for this. It would be great if Deskera ERP could include a client portal feature. However, I'm managing fine with the workaround. There is no intimation to the employee for login & logout if forgotten. As understand there is some restrictions for raising tickets to the coordinator, as cannot raise again in case of any further updation required., which was not done previously, which need to relaxed. **What problems is Deskera ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. There is lot of scope to upgrade by way of processes and generation of reports. 2. The provision of intimation (login & Logout, in case not done etc. ) on employee mobiles should be provided. 3. The time span of raised tikets should be reduced which is more than 72 hrs 4. Indian GST system seems to be different that other countries and no tools even though by Indian founders have native compliance to GST. But Deskera is different. It provides not just compliance but an end to end solution. The features I like the most are - I need to make a lot of estimates but I can convert estimates into invoices in a click - I can add my CA directly and safely so I dont need to send each details separately. - Real-time overview of cash flow and expenses - It integrates with banks directly - Have integration via Zapier **What do you dislike about Deskera ERP?** I wish they have more native integrations. The program is clearly structured, so when you enter the software you can immediately see the most important data, such as invoices/receivables and their due dates. We have integrated the bank account, so we are able to settle invoices directly from the program, which speeds up processes considerably. It is also very practical that an inventory system is included so that all stocks are always under control. **What do you dislike about Deskera ERP?** The creation of the BOM seems a bit inefficient would love to see some improvement there. Offers Free trial. **What do you dislike about Deskera ERP?** Its very complicated with most of its features being very technical requiring so much knowledge to effectively utilize all of them. **Recommendations to others considering Deskera ERP:** Its complicated but with a skilled person it works best. Free trial also helps in learning how to use basic features and sometimes you may learn all features and benefit from it.
