What do you dislike about ModSquad?

ModSquad's team doesn't respond as quickly as we need them to, making it hard to manage our online communities in real-time.

We've noticed that the quality of moderation varies among different moderators, causing confusion among our users.

When we need support in languages other than English, we sometimes struggle due to language barriers with ModSquad's moderators.
