**What do you like best about ModSquad?**

Easy to reach out to and adapt to unknown challenges.

No comment at this time.  It was nice working with the management team as well as a few of them team members.

**Recommendations to others considering ModSquad:**

Have your expectations on paper so it will be easier for their team to understand the objectives and/or any potential challenges.

**What problems is ModSquad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed additional support for a large social media moderation project since this was very sudden and we were unable to obtain new staff members, let alone be able to train them.  ModSquad was able to fill in the gaps while maintain SOP mandated by the client as well as our company's practices.

**What do you like best about ModSquad?**

IF you want to be completely disconnected from moderating either social media platforms or a growing community, there are enough people with varying interests to be able to fit into your niche.

**What do you dislike about ModSquad?**

While they have an ongoing roster of employees of varying degrees of helpfulness, the uptime for their more "premium" tools, even the basic level to some extent, is laughable.

**Recommendations to others considering ModSquad:**

While Modsquad can definitely help you out in the short term, there will be plenty of headaches along the way. If Modsquad improved the uptime of their tools and provided more in-depth customer support, I could see turnover decreasing and  having more expert freelancers primed and ready to give a better level of service

**What problems is ModSquad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If you are struggling with growth and general content moderation for your online brand like I was originally, then Modsquard could definitely help you. However to truly excel on building your business or community online, there could be more resourceful approaches.

What stands out most about ModSquad is the exceptional quality of their services. They have a team of highly skilled moderators and community managers who excel in maintaining online spaces, ensuring that rules are enforced, and engaging with users effectively. They offer a diverse range of services that can cater to different industries and platforms, whether it's social media, gaming, e-commerce, or more

**What do you dislike about ModSquad?**

ModSquad's team doesn't respond as quickly as we need them to, making it hard to manage our online communities in real-time.
We've noticed that the quality of moderation varies among different moderators, causing confusion among our users.
When we need support in languages other than English, we sometimes struggle due to language barriers with ModSquad's moderators.
Adapting ModSquad's services to sudden changes in our online activity has been difficult, and we're questioning their flexibility.

**Recommendations to others considering ModSquad:**

If you have an international audience, take full advantage of ModSquad's multilingual capabilities. It can greatly improve your ability to connect with a diverse customer base.

**What problems is ModSquad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our job is to help businesses with ERP solutions, but keeping our online discussions clean and professional can be tough. ModSquad takes care of that for us. They make sure all online conversations stay focused and respectful. This has improved the quality of our online community.
ModSquad understands our business. They've worked with us to create special ways to help our clients better. This personalized help has made our clients feel like we're giving them special attention.
Sometimes, our workload changes quickly, especially during big software updates or important industry events. ModSquad can quickly change the level of support they give us. This means we always get the help we need, when we need it.

I can't remember something I don't like.

Give it a try, wether you are an org looking for a project to get done or an individual seeking for a side hustle, this is totally worth the time.

I feel it helps smaller projects get done without having to put in place a whole business structure and also helps professionals find side projects to complete.

I would recommend others to try it since it has a wide selection, so they can surfer further than I did and see how best they use the services.

it is scallable and flexible for the company.

I like that they are data driven.  All of the suggestions/solutions are all backed by data and insights. It's easy to make decisions when there is data support.

Set-up was a little slow, but that is to be expected with this type of support/assistance/services.

If you like easy decisions backed by data, then ModSquad is a no brainer.
