My advice is to go in with a clear definition of your ICP and the type of content you want to amplify. Demandworks’ strength lies in their respected eBulletins and the proprietary audience they’ve built from subscribers. The more precise you are about who you want to reach, the more value you’ll get from their ability to put your content directly in front of the right decision-makers and influencers.

Demandworks helps us solve two critical challenges: reaching a highly specific ICP and ensuring our content connects with the right people. Their respected eBulletins and the proprietary audience they’ve built from subscribers allow us to deliver content directly to decision-makers and influencers.

I run multiple lead generation campaigns with demandworks that require us to reach various professional titles within the tech B2B  space.

**What do you like best about DemandWorks?**

DemandWorks continues to be a consistent and professional partner for lead generation. What stands out recently is their improved communication around campaign performance and optimizations. They’ve made strides in proactively recommending targeting adjustments based on initial results, which shows a growing commitment to delivering not just leads, but quality ones. Their turnaround time is still impressive; they usually confirm receipt within a few hours and then follow up within a day or so with transparent reach projections. 

**What do you dislike about DemandWorks?**

While they’ve expanded some targeting capabilities, they’re still primarily focused on B2B and enterprise-level professionals. A broader audience scope, especially for mid-market and niche verticals, would unlock even more value and flexibility for campaign planning.

It would also be helpful to have more visibility into the lead qualification process and how contacts are being filtered or verified. That way marketers can better align campaigns to their specific goals. And while their dashboard gets the job done, it can be a little clunky to navigate. What should be a quick pull often turns into an email to the rep, which slows things down just a bit.

If you're client is in the tech space and  wants to run title based/industry based lead generation campaigns, DemandWorks is the way to go.

The campaigns that we run with DW helps our client continue to build and growing their CRM lists to later market to.

**What do you like best about DemandWorks?**

We receive fast responses that are comprehensive so we are not following up constantly to get the full asked for end product. They are proactive with reporting where we are not reaching out weekly and asking for things. AND they are quick to offer time to explain anything or go over programs and targeting to ensure we have exactly what we need!

**What do you dislike about DemandWorks?**

That we don't get to utilize the full suite of products and offerings they have.

**What problems is DemandWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, we are working with DemandWorks to run multi-touch content syndication-type programs. This seems pretty basic, but it's their level of customer service and fantastic attitudes and approach that make working with them a no-brainer. We receive fast responses that are comprehensive so we are not following up constantly to get the full asked for end product. They are proactive with reporting where we are not reaching out weekly and asking for things. AND they are quick to offer time to explain anything or go over programs and targeting to ensure we have exactly what we need!

**What do you like best about DemandWorks?**

I like how tailored the targeting can be. From drilling down to specific job roles and seniorities, to specifying a target account list of domains, DemandWorks makes it easy to find the right leads.

**What do you dislike about DemandWorks?**

I wish there was an integration with HubSpot to automatically upload new leads into the system, rather than get weekly emailed lead updates. It's not the end of the world, but automation would take some busy work off my plate.

**Recommendations to others considering DemandWorks:**

Really take time to think through who you want to target and what messaging and content appeals to that audience. I've run a handful of campaigns and the most successful ones are where we offer up genuine value - proprietary research and data, thought leadership, and other materials that users can't just Google to find. 

Also, take advantage of DemandWorks' targeting abilities. They make it easy to drill down into the ICP you're trying to reach.

**What problems is DemandWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm using DemandWorks content syndication to generate qualified leads for my clients - all within their ICPs. These leads are then funneled to sales for validation and 1:1 outreach, which has led to some great conversations and opportunities.

The team is highly responsive, proactive, and easy to work with. They’re collaborative during setup, transparent with performance reporting, and flexible when we need to make adjustments mid-campaign. I especially appreciate the clear communication and strategic recommendations they provide throughout the program lifecycle.

There’s room to improve visibility into lead verification and qualification criteria upfront—sometimes it took a few rounds to align on what constitutes an ideal lead. That said, they were always willing to work with us to refine and improve outcomes.

Regular reporting or campaign alerts without having to log into the dashboard each time would help us keep the campaign constantly optimized.

If you are running ABM and looking for a great cost per lead - DemandWorks is the way to go!

We discovered that our database was pretty much exhausted and our ability go bring in new leads via social channels is limited. We have to find creative ways to bring in new leads to our campaign and DemandWorks has helped us meet and exceed our lead-gen goals.

One of the best things about working with DemandWorks is the flexibility they have in both targeting and pricing. Being a fast growing company, our targeting is constantly changing and DW is always willing to accommodate.

Their robust ecosystem of tactics and touches means better qualified leads without extra effort on my side.

My only complaint thus far is that we haven't been able to integrate their additional touches to our lead scoring system. That said, that's been less about DW than our own setup.

DemandWorks helps us generate more top of the funnel leads within our target accounts. With a lot of targets and limited budget, DemandWorks has so far been able to drive real engagement and pipeline from our campaign efforts.

**What do you like best about DemandWorks?**

The customer service! Elliot and Sarah have been extremely responsive to all of my questions, and DemandWorks is one of the only vendors I can rely on to set up my campaigns correctly the first time. Plus, I'm loving their online dashboard, which lets me see all of my campaign insights and reporting in one place.

**What do you dislike about DemandWorks?**

I have no complaints so far! There were a few bugs with their dashboard initially, but I brought those up to Elliot and Sarah, and they took my feedback and sent it to their team to be fixed right away.

**Recommendations to others considering DemandWorks:**

My organization has been running content syndication campaigns for years, and DemandWorks has been a standout vendor. Their customer service and full-funnel options make my life easy. I would recommend trying them out if you're searching for new lead-gen vendors.

DemandWorks allows us to be hyper-targeted in our demand generation campaigns. I've used them for content syndication, 1:1 email nurture, and account-based display advertising to surround buying group members at our target accounts. Closed business opportunities in 18 days, so we are shortening the sales cycle using them. Our sales team benefits from having better intel and insights into leads that convert to revenue.

**What do you like best about DemandWorks?**

I wish I could get customer care and accessability like this with the rest of my vendors. Peter and Sarah (as well as the past teams I have worked with) could teach a course on customer management best practices. Alongside that, and no less important, is the flexibility to laser focus on unique audience segments over the years. I've engaged them with some pretty complex programs and they've always met me there with minimal misses. It's been 10+ years and they've never given me a reason look elsewhere.

**What do you dislike about DemandWorks?**

There aren't any--maybe paid attendee leads, but that's NOT normal and a HUGE ask they still went above and beyond to deliver on.

**Recommendations to others considering DemandWorks:**

MARKETERS: They'll take the workload off your plate. They can deliver straight into your CRM.

**What problems is DemandWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DW is a large part of our dissemination of content across channels. This supports our top of funnel goals by targeting leads that satisfy our MQL goals.

It targets the required audience which is very essential for a effective campaign and success of the project. It also rapidly increased the level of engagement with clients on a monthly basis.

Some times the targeting can be top  narrowed and that can miss other potential audience.

DemandWorks has one of the best in class customer support, reacting to our queries much faster. They are also approachable if we need to change any lead criteria. The follow-ups to our leads are also taken care of them.

DemandWorks is a bit costlier to opt for a small size business. The other thing is that the number of filtering criteria may be increased to get specific leads. Otherwise, the service is good.

DemandWorks provide qualified leads for our market research programs. The profiles are highly relevant to our needs, and we can easily target specific requirements. Recently, we have been asked to provide a report on targeted customers for our products sales team. The requirements include the age and profession along with the recent software product they are working also mentioned they should belong to security software development.DemandWorks helps us to obtain these leads with their advanced targeting methodology, and the leads meet our requirements.

Their service and responsiveness have been incredible from the start. Whenever we had to update a piece of content or had a question about the program, the team responded quickly.

Their CPL is a bit higher than some of the vendors, but the quality of leads you will be receiving is worth it.

The ebulletin newsletters themselves feel a bit drab, but it doesn't seem to affect the quality of the leads.

We wanted to test content syndication as a new channel, and DemandWorks was recommended to us. Though we didn't have much prior experience, the team was willing to hop on a call and walk us through each step of the experience. Our contracts ran in 3-month increments, which was a good amount of time to test what was working, and iterate over time. We ran two programs in parallel, and they were able to reach executive titles at the accounts we cared about.

DemandWorks helped us optimize our content during the time we worked with them. We had the opportunity to leverage their filters and exclude specific industries and/or job titles that we found that didn't work out after launch. Working with DemandWorks was a great experience.

We are unsure how high-intent the leads DemandWorks provides, even for the bottom of funnel content. We will have mixed fillings about the leads, even though a few converted their lead-to-mql and lead-to-opp conversion rates are lower than expected (compared to other content syndication platforms).

**Recommendations to others considering DemandWorks:**

DemandWorks is a great start point to grow your database, most leads are from well-known companies, however bare in mind that the intent might not be what you expect. Most leads are cold leads - low intent.

**What problems is DemandWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DemandWorks helped us increase our database with leads from specific segments that fit our ICP perfectly. If a lead didn't fit our ICP for some reason, DemandWorks would replace them immediately. This process helped us build great retargeting campaigns and get a few opportunities.

Initially, the leads were slightly outside of our ICP (ie companies were larger than our sweet spot), but eventually, we got that under control. As a result, there was a longer lag than usual to see caonversions materialize.

Ask them about their targeting methods (calling leads, emailing, etc.). They can be quite accommodative.

We were looking for a content syndication service that targets the legal industry. They had the audience, leads mostly remembered downloading our content, and the team was excellent at keeping us looped into campaign updates.

If you have a good idea of who you need to have your content in front of, look no further. We have worked with many clients that needed the quality and service DemandWorks delivers time and time again. They always work to make good on the agreed upon objectives.

Customer support -- the support team to both to go live and lead delivery is fast, detailed, perfect, really.  Not all content syndicators have experienced customer support teams.  From the sales manager Ryan Burns to the support team, we have been taken care of well and we have learned from each other, too. My emails and phone calls are answered quickly, the lead lists are solid and reviewed, and DemandWorks can manage our file layouts and changes to programs. Most importantly, in our last few months, we have had some amazing, enterprise-level, well-known names come through as leads.

My favorite thing about working with them is their services team. They completely handle the asset landing pages whereas other vendors can have a long list of details to provide before getting up and running. They also do a great job with outreach and follow-up on lead lists.

Strong in North America region, but not as strong in EMEA or APAC.  As you add more filters or layering requirements, it can be costly.

What really impressed me was DemandWorks responsiveness and turnaround time. Any question or query from our side was well reached and promptly answered in no time.

In my experience with DemandWorks, I couldn't really find something that I disliked. It only happened once that their delivery report didn't match the number of leads we had on our side because two were bounced back and flagged as invalid. Even in that case, the team proceeded in replacing those leads in no time.

A very insightful and complete brief will give the DemandWorks team more space to deliver outstanding results.

Not only will they always meet the number of leads that were set for a campaign, but there are times when they'll deliver almost 15+ more leads that are at no additional cost to you because the campaign was so successful.

The display portion of their services wasn't that good. I used it twice and both times it seems like they were just impression dumping because it did not translate to any on-site engagement.

This is a B2B focused service, so if yu're trying to reach decision makers or professionals that are in certain roles or industries, this is a partner for you. It doesn't take long at all to get your campaign up and running. Once they've run your given persona against their system, your campaign will be up and running in days.

It takes the hassle out of not being certain if your lead generation campaigns will be successful or not. Once you've agreed to a price (which you'll present to the rep) they'll come back with an estimate of the leads that they'll always meet.

DemandWorks helps us with lead generation and display on a quarterly basis. They are consistently one of our top performers QoQ, and our go-to for any new initiatives. They delivers 10,000+ sales qualified leads annually.

I am a huge fan of the customer support. They are quick to respond, quick to act on the campaigns we're needing support with. They follow our directions to the letter, and they have one of the most engaged audiences.

**What do you dislike about DemandWorks?**

Very little. There has been one or two times where they struggled to deliver in full by the end of the quarter, however, this was due to the aggressive targeted criteria of our campaign.

We are delivering high quality leads that convert more efficiently than those delivered by other vendors. Our sales teams our able to generate more pipeline from the leads generated by DemandWorks than those generated by other partners. Our marketing dollars are spent more efficiently when they are spent with DemandWorks.

**What do you like best about DemandWorks?**

I like best the ease of which I can control my campaign targets and access my reps with any questions or changes, any time. I appreciate the no hassle "set it and forget it." approach.

**What do you dislike about DemandWorks?**

My only dislike is the change in reps as I continue to initiate campaigns. However, I have been a client over many years, that minor inconvenience is within expectations.
