**What do you like best about Syncly?**

What I like best about Syncly is that it gives us that missing insight. Integrates perfectly with Intercom to tell us how our customers actually feel, allowing us to understand the human element behind the text.

**What do you dislike about Syncly?**

Nothing major to be honest, I haven't come across a feature I don't like.

Syncly allows us to proactively improve the quality of our approach, ensuring we aren't just closing tickets, but actually satisfying customers.

The team at Syncly is hard to separate from their incredible product, but what I like best about Syncly is Syncly! The team and the tool are amazing.

**What do you dislike about Syncly?**

It takes some practice to get to grips with building reliable and consistent dashboards and reports. Working with the team closely and regularly using the dashboard is the best way to build the muscle memory required to get things firing on all cylinders

**What problems is Syncly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Syncly is quickly and reliably filtering through a MASSIVE amount of support tickets and is effectively the primary fuel for our Voice of Customer platform. Informing cross functional teams of trends and patterns with an unbiased third party tool has proven very valuable.

**What do you like best about Syncly?**

We tried couple of other services before choosing Syncly. The pros are: flexible dashboard; powerful tools; easy to use; ability to present the data in the multiple ways; tons of third-party integrations; finetuning options; the product support from the team is very quick.

**What do you dislike about Syncly?**

Few tweaks required in the integration process, but nothing major

**What problems is Syncly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us to identify pain points based on user reviews at scale. Syncly tackles the headache of juggling customer feedback from different platforms, systems, and app versions. It pulls everything together and analyzes it, helping Streaming Platform fine-tune their user experience. By automatically sorting and summing up feedback, it saves a ton of time and keeps things running smoothly.

The insights Syncly provides let Streaming Platform spot and fix big issues quickly, keeping customers happier. Plus, it tracks how users react to new features with each release, which helps Streaming Platform stay ahead of the game in live streaming tech.

Syncly has completely transformed the way we manage customer feedback. The ease of use is phenomenal, with every feature intuitively designed, making it simple for our team to jump right in. The AI-powered sentiment analysis has been a game-changer, providing valuable insights into customer moods and allowing us to proactively resolve potential issues.

**What do you dislike about Syncly?**

Honestly, there isn't much to dislike. If I had to point out anything, it would be that the advanced features took a little longer to master initially, but once we understood the full capabilities, they were incredibly powerful.

Syncly has been instrumental in helping us centralize and analyze customer feedback coming directly from our Intercom service. Previously, feedback from Intercom was challenging to organize and analyze comprehensively. Syncly solves this problem by bringing all this valuable information into a unified platform, where its AI-powered analysis can easily identify trends and categorize feedback.

**What do you like best about Syncly?**

Syncly has the advantage of collecting and viewing scattered customer feedback in one place and identifying VOC trends.  In addition, feedback that needs to be tracked, such as issues and feature requests, is automatically categorized through an AI model, which greatly helps to reduce time.

**What do you dislike about Syncly?**

I'm satisfied with using Syncly.  There are still some usability improvements, but the Syncly team has been very responsive and supportive.

**What problems is Syncly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Issue management has become easier with Syncly. We can track long-term issues and escalate them within the team, and can visualize the flow of issues in charts. also like that we can link various customer information, such as plan and company size, so we can get data-driven VOC insights.

**What do you like best about Syncly?**

Syncly streamlines our operations by efficiently processing and analyzing customer feedback, providing quick insights and detailed sentiment analysis. This makes decision-making based on qualitative data much easier. The teams also goes above and beyond to help roll out integrations that are cirtical for our workflows.

**What do you dislike about Syncly?**

I'm looking forward to their call recording integrations (Gong, Grain, etc) to make feedback collection even easier.

**What problems is Syncly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Syncly has been a critical part of streamlining customer feedback management for us. Before Syncly, we used Notion, which is a great collaborative tool, as a customer feedback repository. It served our primary needs as repository. However it became a blackbox and we weren't able to utilize feedback data to learn any insight or prioritize our workflow. Notion is not an analytics tool afterall. So we used Syncly to ingest all feedback across Slack channels and email inboxes to help us understand urgent issues our customers experiencing along with relevant indicators.

**What do you like best about Syncly?**

The best part about Syncly is the quality of the AI engine. I've tested several times, and each time Syncly team showed surprising level of accuracy to humans. If you want to analyze customer feedback without devlopment, this is the best product to recommend.

**What do you dislike about Syncly?**

User interface is a bit complicated, so I needed a guide when I first used it. However, I'm sure it'll improve even better in the future as the Sinkley team reflects my feedback really quickly.

**What problems is Syncly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had to analyze thousands of feedbacks to determine the cause when the inlet increased or decreased. The reliability of the analysis was low because I had to use too much time and the analysis parameters were small. After I started using Syncly, it was super-easy to find the cause in just a few minutes. I was also able to use my time more efficiently to figure out a solution.

Syncly makes it easier for me as a designer to at-a-glance understand what people are struggling with in our product, and what features they still want. It's a lot faster than manually tagging conversations in productboard, and the auto-generated AI insights are getting better every day.

**What do you dislike about Syncly?**

Nothing major. It's still very young so it's rapidly evolving, so not every feature is totally polished.

Syncly helps us understand and make sense of customer feedback we in Intercom, at scale. Instead of manually tagging hundreds of conversations looking for points of confusion, feature requests, complaints, etc—syncly tags it for us. We can also create our own custom tags to drill into topics we want to know more about
