**What do you like best about Deel HR?**

I love how Deel HR makes receiving payments easy for both my employer and me. Deel HR seamlessly moves money from my account to my bank, with practically no delays between requesting and receiving payment. I also appreciate the user-friendly app, which lets me track and review my hours in an intuitive way.

On top of that, the initial setup was very simple. Everything was clearly laid out in an intuitive process that made signing up and getting the necessary documentation signed incredibly easy. In my current role, I do freelance work on an ad hoc basis, and Deel HR makes it straightforward to track my hours and translate them into an invoice that’s then passed on to my employer. I can reliably expect my weekly payment to be completed by Deel every Friday, which provides wonderful peace of mind.

Deel HR also offers a lot of additional services that aren't offered my many in-house HR systems such as employee benefits and discounts. Whilst I haven't taken advantage of these, I have done a bit of window-shopping and can see how they would be useful to other Deel users

**What do you dislike about Deel HR?**

I think it would be good to see the descriptions of submitted hours on the tracking breakdown. It feels like there is a lack of information shown versus what is inputted when tracking hours. It's just a minor quip, though.

On the benefits front, it would be good if they could cater towards regional companies and products. It seemed incredibly American-centric which limited my options on what I could take advantage of.

**What problems is Deel HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Deel HR makes it easy for me to self-manage as a freelancer working for an AI company. It allows me to consolidate my timesheet, contract documents, invoices, and payment managements into one neatly packaged app. This results in a seamless process that requires little time and effort to manage.
I haven't experienced any issues with Deel HR so far; from the moment I began using the app, it was incredibly straightforward and intuitive. I especially like how you get instant feedback on things like time tracking, knowing how much you will be paid before an invoice is even issued. Invoices are automatically generated which allows for quick and easy payment.

**What do you like best about Deel HR?**

I like Deel HR for its speed; it's the fastest I've ever been paid compared to other solutions. The interface is pretty nice, and I can get my invoices quickly. I also appreciate how it makes sending the necessary forms for a contractor, especially for working with a US company, really easy. The initial setup was very easy too. Overall, Deel HR gets the job done really well for my basic use case.

**What do you dislike about Deel HR?**

I found the payday loan feature offered by Deel HR a bit off-putting. They allowed you to get paid a week early but charged a 3% fee for it, which felt scummy to me. I mean, who would want to lose 3% of their income just for getting paid a week in advance? It seemed like a really bad deal, and I didn't like that they pitched it to me.

Deel HR pays me really quickly as a contractor and has a user-friendly interface. It's easy to send forms for US companies and handle invoices efficiently. It's the fastest I've been paid compared to other solutions.

What I like best about Deel HR is how easy and intuitive it is to use and navigate. The platform has a very user-friendly interface, so it doesn't take much time to learn how to use it. I also really appreciate how smooth the payment process is receiving payments is fast and simple. On top of that, withdrawing funds and transferring them directly to my local bank account is easy, which makes the whole payment experience very convenient and reliable

**What do you dislike about Deel HR?**

One thing I really dislike about Deel is the currency conversion when I get paid, they use an exchange rate that's noticeably lower than the actual market rate, so I end up receiving less than I should. It's not clearly disclosed upfront, so I only notice the shortfall after the money's already in my account.

**What problems is Deel HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Deel handles the international payroll and contract compliance side of things for me, so I don't have to deal with tax law or legal requirements in every country myself. I like Deel HR because it tracks my hours and payments on time, giving me the visibility and forecast of my payments. I find it helpful for predicting when I'll receive my money and checking where my contract is at, with all the business information I need right there. Additionally, having the credit for anticipating payments in case of an emergency is good.

The initial setup of Deel HR was troublesome for me. I accidentally activated auto-billing and auto-invoicing, which wasn't a good experience. I had to contact the service desk and my HR to ensure it was deactivated, so it was a bit problematic. Additionally, I think the UI on the home page could be improved by providing a summary of the invoices for the month, like the invoiced hours and the amount for that month, which would make things much easier.

I really liked how well the Deel HR app is designed. The look is really modern and pleasant, but even more important is the amazing user experience that Deel HR provides. Everything is simple and intuitive, with the app guiding you through every step of the process. I appreciated the little help prompts available when I wasn't sure what to do. I loved how I didn't have to print agreements or sign forms with a wet signature, as I could do everything on my smartphone. The mobile view was very good, making it accessible, so I didn't have to use a computer. Setting up my account as a user was super easy, with a two-step verification code sent to my email. It was easy to create an account and get help when needed. Overall, Deel HR gave me a great experience, and because of that, I would rate it a 10 out of 10 in terms of recommending it to a friend or colleague.

I really loved being able to see my payment schedule clearly—what’s due and when, when I’m supposed to receive my payment, and when the next one is coming. It made it much easier to plan my budget and manage my expenses. The platform is intuitive and easy to use, the UX design is well accomplished and it responds fast to the commands. It was straightforward to use, when I signed up as a freelancer, I was able to access my contract, and sort out my invoice with the contractor easily, and be able to keep track of my contract, current job that I was doing for a contractor, and easily check status of my invoice payment as well.

Not much at the moment. I only used it as a freelancer, and had my contractor have me sign onto it as well. The only issue is that I feel like sometimes it's helpful to still have a human agent be there to support instead of talking to an AI robot on chat.

Even after I provided corrected information from the RSSB multiple times, they still did not acknowledge the inaccuracy of the information they shared making it impossible to onboard. Had to move to another EOR provider.

It’s very user-friendly. I can add my bank accounts or transfer to PayPal, and I’m able to see what my next payment will be. I can also schedule my time off through Deel, which is great, and view my coworkers and invoices all in one place.

The fees might be a bit too high, but once I send my money, it arrives quickly, and I can also track the process. That’s pretty much the only thing I dislike.
