Before meetings: you receive heads up highlighting who wll be in your meeting, what you should be prepared for, any prework to be considered, etc based on meeting invite. During meetings it show the agenda to everyone and can even track timing, after the meeting it drafts meeting recap or formal minutes in seconds. It does not appear as an additional participants, it works behind the scenes, so no one feels intimidated. After the meeting you can create meeting recap or formal minutes in few click and literally seconds. I am impressed by the quality of the summary that grasps the essence manage to identify decisions and action items can be automatically added to Microsoft planner for easier tracking of their execution. We use it for our weekly team meeting and the agenda template is linked to all the instances so we only need to personalize the items for the specific meeting. Finally it allows team member to easily collaborate on the agenda items. **What do you dislike about Decisions AI?** Only available with Microsoft Teams, as long as I know. I cannot use it when I join meetings in Zoom or other platforms. Tasks automatically created in Planner are put in a bucket with the same name as thh title of the meeting and I would prefer to be able to select to which of the existing buckets it should be assigned to. I need to remember to enable auto-recording to be able to have the summary after the meeting. **What problems is Decisions AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** - Tasks from the meeting are automatically added to Planner. I do not need to create them manually. - We do not need to share back and forth email to create the agenda nor to open a document to see it. During meetings it shows the agenda to everyone and can even track timing. - After the meeting it drafts a quick recap that I can automatically share as an email or Teams message to the team. I believe that a more streamlined approach, creating fewer but more substantial tasks with options to expand using bullet points, would be more beneficial. Furthermore, saving decisions and meeting agendas to OneDrive imposes limitations compared to Teams channels and thus Teams channels are prefered however, Teams channels are designed for single-topic spaces, whereas teams meetings can cover several topics, making the current mapping and saving processes less ideal. A more intuitive mapping to agenda points rather than the whole meeting would better suit my needs. This has been a huge time-saver, allowing me to focus more on meaningful work and less on administrative tasks. ### 47. The AI transcription is also great for fast-paced or long meetings where taking minutes myself can get difficult. I love that it's integrated with Microsoft Teams and Outlook since this made importing my meetings and work calendar super quick and easy. **What do you dislike about Decisions AI?** The transcription could be better. It's mostly useful for going back and jogging your memory on things you may have forgotten or missed, but not always 100% accurate. **What problems is Decisions AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Saves me time on summarizing meetings, figuring out next action-items, and creating meeting minutes, which means I can spend less time worrying about administration and more on other work tasks. ### 48. The AI tool to recap and summarise meetings using the Teams transcripts is amazing and so accurate for a fast, convenient and straightforward precis of each meeting, topics and themes discussed, actions agreed and sentiments of all participants. Really impressed so far. **What do you dislike about Decisions AI?** Had initial trouble setting it up and getting it to link with Teams etc. with a couple of mis-fires when trying to set it all up. But once overcome, everything was very easy and really is like having a mini-PA in your meeting. **What problems is Decisions AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having a record of the meeting (without taking notes, or deciphering a transcript) - very clear summary of the conversation, topics reviewed, decisions made and enables meeting follow up much faster and to support assignment of actions agreed. ### 49.
