Their dashboard for tracking and analyse the transaction/ api consumption is also quite good and intuitive. we are using decentro credit and kyc verification services in our digital journeys and integration was very easy easy,just plugin and play **What do you dislike about Decentro?** nothing to dislike about decentro as we are using in our system since last couple of months. **What problems is Decentro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Through the api services that we are using in our digital platform, decentro helped us to analyse the financial product sales lead in the initial stage of process. now we are able to bifurcate the qualify and non-qualified leads easily. also through it's kyc verification we are able to make the user onboarding jouney quite simple and seamless and save our ops time. ### 2. Their support during onboarding and integration was responsive, and the platform’s overall functionality aligned with our requirements. **What do you dislike about Decentro?** However, when our account was deactivated due to compliance changes, Decentro failed to process refunds for unused prepaid credits as per the agreed terms in the Master Service Agreement. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter through email, and even after indicating our intent to pursue legal action, they remained unresponsive. This lack of fairness and accountability has severely impacted our operations and trust in the partnership. **What problems is Decentro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Decentro provides a seamless platform for managing payments, KYC, and payouts through virtual accounts, helping businesses integrate financial services without the need for complex banking infrastructure. Their APIs simplified our operations and allowed us to build financial workflows efficiently. This helped us scale faster and offer services to users with reduced time-to-market. However, despite the platform’s initial benefits, the lack of support during account deactivation and refund processing has created significant operational and financial strain. ### 3.
