That said support is quick to help out with debugging and they're adding some features very shortly to make that self-service, and they're building out the platform and adding new integrations all the time. Alloy allows us to build integrations quickly and efficiently, which is really important to us. We’re able to use less of our engineers’ time than we would if we built these in house, which results in value time and cost savings. Alloy has a lot of customization and configurable options, which is also critical to our use cases. They are always receptive to feedback and provide excellent support.
