**What do you like best about DealHub?**

Quoting and Billing functionality in one tool is a brilliant idea. It eliminates integration needs, data discrepancies and provides a seamless user experience for both sales and operational teams.
The cherry on top is how rich in functionality each of their modules is. CPQ has all the features from approvals and product rules to order form generation, while Billing can handle complex transactions like cancel and restructuring of contracts.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

It would be great to see how Subskribe can improve the CRM to Subskribe and other third-party integrations. This will have a significant impact on end-user experience.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Handling complex deal structures like Early Renewals with Upsells and Cancel and Restructure seamlessly from Quote to invoice.

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

Great integration with Hubspot, easy to sync deals from and information back. Team is very responsive and active at communicating bug fixes and addressing other issues.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

Would be nice to have more flexibility on entering invoice fields and other customizable aspects, but this is something the team is working on implementing for us in the future so no real complaints.

Allows writebacks to Hubspot which helps keep our information clean.

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

I like their ability to connect quote to invoice to booked
revenue, all in one system. This was a critical feature for our business, as we wanted to avoid the integration complexity of purchasing a QTC solution piecemeal. Subskribe provides an effective and efficient solution, and I was impressed by the ease with which we were able to replace our existing quote-to-cash processes without any hiccups.

Furthermore, the stellar team behind Subskribe has made for a remarkable partnership. The
Subskribe team has a deep understanding of our needs as a SaaS business, and the team is staffed with veteran industry experts. They are always available to our team via Slack/phone/email to answer questions, figure out issues, or take feedback. Their responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile are truly appreciated, and it speaks to the
quality of the team that has been assembled to develop and support the platform.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

I have been using the tool for a while now and needed a few integrations that were not available initially. The team was open to feedback, worked to resolve the issues, and finally launched the required integrations.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reducing time spent reconciling invoices and truing up data at quarter end. Speeding up the process for our sales team to generate quotes, in addition to increasing accuracy in those quotes. Overall, saving us meaningful dollars in both actual capital expenditures and
time/man-hours saved.

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

Very flexible tool, lots of possibilities depending on the business needs.
Team was great, very responsive and very helpful during the implementation and the run phase. Also, quite easy to handle, and quite easy to make changes on your own.

Some missing features forced some tricky workarounds. Nothing you can't handle, but can make the implementation a bit more heavy.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dealhub helps us to monitor the commercial proposals. Thanks to Dealhub, we are 100% sure that the sales have every approval required to make an offer. It also gives us lots of data, we can track more KPIs more easily. And Dealhub also generates automatically the commercial part of the contract package.

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

We upgraded to DealHub from a system that struggled to accommodate our quoting needs. Designing and implementing a new CPQ system is a daunting task, but DealHub's team handled it with ease. DealHub's solution is efficient and seamless, and our team loves it!

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

The DealHub solution itself is fantastic, with very few limitations. However, it is important to be aware that DealHub's protocol involves significant time commitment from at least one member of the company setting up the new CPQ. While this ensures that the company can make future modifications in-house, it also requires the company to have a dedicated individual with the requisite time in their schedule on hand during the transition.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company needed a nimble and fluid CPQ solution that was fast and easy to use. Our previous CPQ solution took upwards of ten minutes to generate a single quote. DealHub's CPQ solution can be configured in as little as one to two minutes, which is saving our sales team countless hours over the course of their week.

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

The interface is quite good. Highly customizable. We had huge inconsistencies with our sales reps sending proposal emails that were either not on message or not in line with discount bands for approval. Dealhub has solved all of this. We also like the fact that you can track your deal's status - opens and interactions.  The highlight for me was their implementation team - Brett and Guy have been fantastic to work with. Very helpful.

It would be a tricky app to get working on your own - you'll need someone helping you out to maximize its potential.

Price consistency and proper presentation of our brand. Output documents and signing of deals before implementation.

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

Subskribe is extremely low drag to implement and maintain.  No implementation services or ongoing maintenance services needed.  All able to be done by our team in minimal time.

Subkribe UI/UX is also incredible.  It is incredibly intuitive and by far the best CPQ interface I've ever used.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

Nothing major at all.  I wish we didn't have to leave SFDC to build a quote in Subskribe.  But not a deal breaker, just a small wish list item.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-Reduce sales cycle time for late stage deals
-Reduce (and basically eliminate) administrative tech debt in our quoting process for our Deal Desk and Sales teams
-Providing clear, clean, and easily utilized SKU-level data

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

DealHub.io is an easy to configure CPQ solution. The DealHub.io team has been critical to our successful implementation. They are patient and great teachers, enabling our team to take over as admins confidently after the implementation is complete. The DealHub.io solution integrates cleanly with Salesforce, our CRM system, providing our sales team with a more streamlined experience. As a Salesforce admin, the integration with Salesforce is easy to manage. DealHub's two-way sync with Salesforce for both standard and custom fields is a game-changer. It allows DealHub.io to be easily added to our sales process, including business rules and guardrails. Because of this, I don't have to worry about bad data returning to Salesforce. DealHub.io is highly customizable while still being easy to understand and configure. We are excited to have DealHub.io up and running for our sales team so they can focus less on admin tasks and more on their prospects and customers.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

I don't have any complaints about DealHub.io. It's been a great solution to learn more about. I'm sure that as they grow, they will implement more functionality and mature.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our current sales process is unclear and leaves room for user error. This user error can impact sales, reporting, and fulfillment. DealHub.io solves this problem through customizable business rules for each question, section, and product throughout the quote and contract process. We have been able to configure DealHub.io so that guardrails are put in place for each type of sale, from products available to contract sections to discount approvals. This is standard for DealHub.io and has been straightforward to implement. We also have a complex and sometimes confusing sales process. DealHub.io helps to make that process clearer by only showing the steps required for that member of the sales team, all within the Salesforce iframe. This ensures we get the correct data from the right people. Additionally, some of our metrics are difficult to calculate because of how our Salesforce is set up. DealHub.io will calculate these metrics and send them directly to Salesforce so that we can better report to our leadership.

Creating and finalizing quotes is easy in Subskribe! The straightforward end-user experience makes it simple to create, amend, and finalize quotes within the platform -- I no longer have to work with manual processes, quotes that may be out of date, and an overall burdensome process.

I wish preview and template functionality existed, but I'm looking forward to what's to come, as the product team is extremely receptive.

Dealhub is very flexibel, as the admin I'm not worried that I will get a request to change or implement something and it won't be possible. I also really appreciate how easy it is to use, saves me a lot of time in training the sellers.
A big plus is also the friendly and competent Customer Success Team, they are really great and are there for the client every step of the way.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

The design of the tool itself is perfectly fine, but could be a little bit more "modern"

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

Dealhub is a much more intuitive way of quoting for our sales reps, especially for robust solutions. We moved from Salesforce CPQ a few years ago where reps had to add each line item for each service. Our services have at least 5 line items for the base services that vary based on their business and we offer >10 optional add on services to accompany it. With Dealhub, reps can answer very simple questions about the clients business, and the correct 5-10+ SKUs are added to the quote. This also helps reps in their discovery as it provides them an outline of the very questions they need to ask. Aside from the platform, the service from our account team is unbelievable from a software company. They make themselves available to us whenever we need assistance with a large build. As the Business Applications Manager of mid-sized company, we don't receive this level of service with any of the other tools we support.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

There are some limitations to the tool as with all tools. The versioning is perhaps the biggest issue as it is difficult to have more than one person working on a build at a time. There is no way to push only the changes so if you don't build and push that version out before the next, it will need to be rebuilt on the newest version. Good project management is needed.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our Sales org had significant frustrations and trouble quoting with our previous tool. This has made it simple and intuitive for them. It also reduced the licenses needed for electronic signature tools such as Docusign.

DealHub has helped us streamline out CPQ process, it makes it easier for our team and our customers. The DealRooms have elevated our customers experience too! The staff at DealHub are fantastic to work with, too.

The only downside is that when you need to make a minor change to the document, like the language, you have to create a brand new document each time, we are on version 48 or so!

It has streamlined our CPQ process and makes contract redlining and signature easy!

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

Dealhub.io performs its guided selling process in a manner that fully meets our needs and that other vendors were unable to accomodate. The software works as an excellent guided selling process to assist your sales representatives in picking the right components and as a superb means to lay out a configuration for even the most complicated products. The power regarding how to tie your products to questions that your sales reps answer is entirely within your grasp.

Even with the positive review above, it does not begin to cover their configurable web-based quoting system (PDFs are also available should you not be interested in a web-based quote!) In addition, while I was unsure if an implementation process was even needed during the purchasing process, the help from our implementation specialist proved to be worth the money spent, and the availability of resources to help you is immense. 

Dealhub has helped our company get our quotes to a point where they have never been, and our guided selling process for our rather somewhat complicated products is easier than ever.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

The only downside I can provide is with regards to members of our team wanting further configuration with regards to some customer-facing portions of the system, such as directly modifying email templates for emails sent to our customers from Dealhub. However, our implementation specialist helped us thoroughly customize the email templates that were in her power to customize. After being able to customize everything internally from the sales rep's standpoint, it was a slight letdown from an otherwise great success. In addition, the slight slowness of the actual signing process (30 seconds to a minute or so from an end customer standpoint for the actual signature screen to load) may be a bit of a letdown.

Dealhub.io helped us solve our slow quoting process and allowed us to develop a system in which a customer could potentially receive a quote for a rather complicated product without ever having to get off the phone with the sales representative.

If there is a Japan office, it would be great!  No time difference or language barrier.

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

The platform is flexible and is pretty easy to figure out for admins without coding experience. We had some pretty unique requirements and really did not run into a scenario that we could not figure out a solution for leveraging the OOB platform features to accomplish our business objectives.  The customer success team was friendly, super responsive, and great to work with.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

More platform documentation would be helpful, especially for Dynamics Integrations-- though I should note that they have added to it since I first onboarded.  Would also like to see Dybamics Integration brought up to SFDC capabilities--there weren't much missing, but a few that would have been helpful. Main back-end support based in Israel means you have to plan ahead for non-emergency support

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are making SIGNIFICANT reductions in our overall customer response time for proposals, and automating downstream workflow for operations. It is also helping us standardize parts of our business that were previously quite variable, leading to more dependable, predictable results.

One of the best things about DealHub is its simplicity. With simplicity comes efficiency. Our reps have saved over 70% of their time in building quotes. 

And it's not just simplicity for the reps. The setup and design of the tool allow our administrative teams to deploy necessary changes quickly. Game Changer!

Haven't come across any downsides to date.

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

Complete customization without having to hire a consultant. We have a very non-standard sales model and a complex pricing matrix. Our Dealhub implementation team was able to support all of our unique requests. I cannot understate how helpful our implementation team has been. We previously deployed Salesforce CPQ and worked through a consultant, and it was a bit of a train wreck.  The dealhub team has never shown a negative sentiment on the level of effort our set-up required. They always believed that if it does not solve all your needs, it is not a complete or successful launch. They made sure every single aspect worked.

We launched with Dealhub about 3 months ago, during this time we have internally decided to adjust our simplify our pricing structure. With no questions asked, the dealhub team is helping us quickly restructure dealhub and launch the new pricing ASAP. It is so nice know that no matter the little change, they will be there to support and we do not have to re-hire a consultant to fix anything.

With having to work with an outside consultant, salesforce CPQ would be at least 3x the price of Dealhub and in my opinion, Dealhub is a better product. 

You are in good hands if you sign up with Dealhub and get Darlene or Pushpack on your team.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

It is hard to think of an outstanding dislike. My main negative is on the side of how our invoicing software reads the information. We had to develop additional flows within SFDC to invoice properly. It is not the fault of Dealhub but our nonstandard billing structure.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can have multiple quoting scenarios quickly built within one system. The Sales Rep flow has dramatically improved, and the questions have been removed from the quoting process. The sales reps do not have to know all the different prices for all the different scenarios or to know to choose the correct product; it is provided by dealhub based on the questions answered within the workflow.

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

It easily saves me a day of work each month. I used to manually review each customer bill for accuracy and then keep a spreadsheet of all of the customer invoices/payments owed. I would cross off each entry one at a time. It was painful and we had errors. I would usually put it off to the end of every month. All the other tools we looked at required you to build a “stack” and integrate everything. Subskribe said they are built just for SaaS businesses, instead of all industries, and that makes it easier to implement and use. What they said is true. I’m very happy with our decision. The product is delightful. You can tell they built this with really thoughtful care to design and the needs of a SaaS company. The product produces beautiful quotes, automated and accurate billing, and I don’t spend any time at all in my old spreadsheet. It took us a month to transfer all of our old contracts into the system but once we did that, tuning the system to what we needed it to do took no time at all. It’s been a really powerful upgrade to our core infrastructure.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

Although Subskribe is a relatively new product in this space, I think it’s head and shoulders above any of the other products I’ve seen/used. And I see the team shipping large expansions to the product. If I had to nitpick a bit, I’d say incremental improvements would be nice too. As an example, I’d love to have more granular views in the ARR reports. It would be nice to break down ARR across expansion, churn, net new, and contraction.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If you’re selling software B2B, you need to create customer quotes. In our case, sometimes these deals have dynamic pricing that ramps up over time and with usage or they have complex discounts. Creating these quotes used to be a manual process that took a lot of time and was even more complex to bill. This tool takes care of all of that and makes it really easy. When a customer asks for a quote or when we want to get more aggressive against our competition, it’s really easy to pull it off. It takes ~5 minutes, and it doesn’t introduce any complexity to our operation. If we didn’t have this in place, we would be more reluctant/less aggressive, or we would have error-prone billing.

Easier to manage from an admin POV. Our reps also really like being able to track DealRooms and how people are interacting with it. Much easier to use than Salesforce CPQ as well.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

The UI is not ideal from a rep POV, can be clunky to use at times. It would also be great to be able to have approvals sent to Slack to help speed up approvals.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating order forms that are uniform and keeping data in Salesforce up to date. I am definitely a lot more productive with having this software vs without it.

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

The most helpful about using DealHub is being able to produce a quote quickly and accurately and then presenting current customers with a simple quote and new customers with a deal room which goes into more details about our company and products and provides easy signing capabilities.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

As with any product, there is always a learning curve with setup, maintenance, and updates of your own products.   DealHub isn't any different.  You need to have an administrator designated that understands how to do this and if this person moves positions or leaves, have documentation and training prepared for someone else. It can be complicated if you don't have someone with the right kind of knowledge base.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accuracy with quoting and approvals with discounting before the quotes get to the end users! It's such an efficient process that it is not holding up the quotes and causing time delays, that we are actually more productive and been able to tweak some of our processes that  we thought were working but found out after using DealHub, they were really not working.

Not dislike Dealhub, but the more the business requirements get complex, the setting gets more and more complicated and needs strong support from CSM. To continue using, maintaining and developing Dealhub CPQ, the availability of highly skilled support from Dealhub is the key to success.
From the system perspective, it gets slower if we add more and more quote line items(SKUs) in the quote, though it was improved to some extent through the tuning of the setting.

We had to change CSMs several times through our implementation, so that involved getting them up to speed with our processes, but they have all been knowledgeable (special shoutout to Brett Davis for his expertise and troubleshooting skills)!

Prior to Dealhub, we had to clone each quote template to edit special terms anytime there were redlines. Now we can go back and forth on redlines natively within Dealhub or Docusign and even take Deal Desk out of the quote creation process if there are no redlines to our terms. Before, this was a very manual and time-consuming process for our Deal Desk team. Now it's automated!

DealHub is an easy-to-use CPQ software. It has integrated well with our current systems (SalesForce, etc) and was able to handle a number of customizations that we required. While the software is great, the people are better. The DealHub team has been amazing; we've thrown many curveballs their way and they always find a way to build or create what we need for our very specific use case. If there's a way, they'll find it!

The platform could use a designer's touch to elevate the look to match the performance. Access to our own reporting would also be helpful!

I love the software concept. We've found that it addresses almost all of our needs, which is not easy considering the wide range of customers that DealHub partners with. I also really like the team we have been working with. They are knowledgable, efficient and always willing to help.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

There are some downsides to using DealHub, mostly centered around items we would like to see in the tool that do not exist today. We have been told that many of these feature requests are either on the roadmap, or being pushed for by the teams. As DealHub continues to grow and involve, and figure out ways to implement some of the features that clients are asking for, I think there will continue to be positive results.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were using a Google Worksheet for pricing our deals prior to DealHub. With DealHub we will have better version control, more efficient approval processes and a tool with guided selling questions to ensure that our Sales team only needs to make selections which are relevant to their specific deal. Overall DealHub is allowing us to more efficiently price new deals, get them approved and out the door to prospects.

Having all three areas of the Quote to Cash process in one place is a game changer. From my previous experience, ensuring the complete and accurate data flow in the QTC process has always been challenging and manual. With Subskribe that entire problem goes away. I can be confident that the data entered on the quote flow seamlessly to billing and revrec.

I would love to see more in the reporting space from Subskribe, including GAAP disclosures and Bookings analytics.

For a high-volume, simple sales process, DealHub is incredibly easy to configure and be used by Sales teams. It has enabled my team to configure, send out and have a deal signed in under 5 minutes and all digitally with no paper whatsoever. Great for us, easy for customers too.

Depending on the type of products being sold, or the sales process used, the playbooks can become quite convoluted and complex. Although DealHub is reasonably easy to configure, I find that one needs to have a fairly good grip on technology in order to self-sufficiently setup and maintain.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A single CPQ system integrated with our CRM (Salesforce), meaning we have a true single source of truth for all things Sales and Quoting. Additionally, it would typically take our Sales team hours and multiple documents + approvals to get a proposal out to a customer. Now, with DealHub, it takes less than 5 minutes for the entire quote, approval, submission to the customer and acceptance by the customer. Saving time, and effort and making our Sales team much more efficient and able to close more deals quicker.

DealHub is relatively easy to configure and allows for a wide range of customization.  Implementing it has been instrumental in streamlining our processes and decreasing the risk of human errors in building quotes.

As someone with little technical knowledge, I've found the platform straightforward and manageable to make changes. Our CSM, Brett Davis, has been excellent in helping us determine the best configuration strategy and has been a patient, knowledgeable resource.

That means you have to make the system powerful, easy to use and a pleasure to look at. DealHub did that. In addition, Mohammed Fadel, Cole and the rest of the onboarding team have been world-class.

DealHub is one of the most flexible CPQs I've seen to date. We have an extremely complex pricing structure that covers many products and markets and DealHub has been able to handle it all. We have simplified a very complex product library into a straightforward, linear set of questions. Even in the early days of the rollout, our sales reps are raving about the time savings we've created.
Though we purchased DealHub for just quoting, we have expanded our scope of use and continued to increase our ROI with DealHub. We've automated the production of several supporting documents that typically took hours for our sales reps to complete and standardized their design with the Help of the DealHub team.
Implementation was smooth. Our CSM Roy was knowledgeable and proactive in working to meet our needs. Support was quick to respond whenever we had an issue and the design teams did wonders customizing every aspect to our brand. Great experience.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

We use HubSpot as our CRM, for which DealHub's integration is very new. Although its base features work fantastically, there are still improvements to be made to catch up to the quality provided by DealHub's SalesForce integration. Looking forward to continued improvements. There is also room for improvement regarding collaboration. Although you can share quotes with colleagues, having more than one editor has been shown to cause errors. Allowing for real-time collaboration in a google doc or confluence-like manner would be incredibly beneficial, as we have sales reps and solutions engineers working together on most deals. However, even though it is a speed bump it is not a barrier and we have still been able to work effectively without this feature.

DealHub has been incredible at listening to and working to solve any problems we've brought up. As they develop the HubSpot integration they have listened to our needs, kept us informed on timelines, and worked to find workarounds until they could deliver. It has been extremely appreciated throughout the process. Right now they are working to help us capture data regarding turn around times for quotes, they have provided automated reports, BI dashboard snapshots, and timelines for future custom object integrations that will let us do our reporting in-house in the near future. This will be a huge benefit when looking to report on KPIs, track rep performance, and justify transitioning to this CPQ.

Our investment in this state-of-the-art quoting system Dealhub provides functionality to expedite our service and now enables our customers to electronically manage their quote documents more efficiently. The Dealhub platform provides: digital email quote proposals, the e-signature Option to expedite the quote process, a digital copy of their quote, and includes marketing materials detailing the latest services offerings with Prime Power. The implementation process was smooth with the talented and attentive implementation team, along with the responsive and helpful support team, helping this become our smoothest Go Live launch.

Our company processes may be complex, so it did take some time to configure the backend system for full functionality, but the implementation team was attentive during setup.

Dealhub has made the quoting and proposal process seamless for the ops, sales, renewals and finance teams. Like any CPQ system, setting up Dealhub can be challenging to implement. However, the team at Dealhub (aka Brett Davis) and his knowledge of the system made it possible. He provided solutions for any scenarios we had and was quick to respond. The team is open to feedback and constantly improving with new rollouts. Dealhub is very customizable and can fit most pricing model. It integrates with salesforce to give you accurate data.

There are a limited number of resources and help articles around Dealhub. I acquired Dealhub at our company and had difficulty maintaining it without assistance. It wasn't until we got a designated CSM that I fully adopted and implemented Dealhub for our company.

The onboarding experience is top-class. They truly care about you getting implemented the right way; building a tool that is designed completely around your sales process, ensuring the configuration is easy for our sales team to understand and use, and ensuring that all of our needs are met from a data perspective. On top of that, the people that work for this organization are top-class. I've never looked forward to onboarding meetings more than when I met with DealHub.

The UI sometimes is a little confusing but it's apparent they are making strides for a better overall experience. The HubSpot integration isn't necessarily a true fully built out integration, but there are workarounds to make it work.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were utilizing word documents, PandaDoc, and HubSpot quote to generate proposals and order forms for our prospects and customers. We were unable to capture line item data in Hubspot in a unified way.

DealHub is creating a consolidated approach to generate documents, capture contract/line item data, and help with a larger-scale project with a HubSpot to NetSuite integration. It wouldn't be possible without a slick tool like DealHub. Our team has praised DealHub as a way that will enable them to generate proposals and order forms quicker, while potentially providing our team the ability to close deals quicker.

DealHub has exceeded my expectations after going live last month. Onboarding was extremely easy and the application is extremely customizable as promised during the sales process. All of my AEs are extremely impressed with the end-user experience when creating a quote in DealHub. Additionally, I have had to make a few updates to our environment which I have been able to do very quickly without any development experience.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

Because DealHub is a newer CPQ software, they are still building out some "nice to have" functionalities. This has not affected our ability to quote effectively and efficiently in the meantime. Given my experiences so far, I have no doubt that DealHub will deliver the future functionality on their roadmap within the timeframe the lay out. Also, they take customer feedback seriously when deciding which direction they will go to build out their software.

Previously our reps were creating order forms in word documents and all approvals were completed over slack. This lead to inaccurate information in the order forms and incomplete approvals on quotes that went out for signature. **What do you like best about DealHub?**

We chose DealHub over other CPQ companies for many reasons.  
Their ability to offer insights and recommendations into best practices is invaluable for someone using this tool for the first time. It has allowed us to implement a deal desk with our sales and renewal process. Fields, key data, and signed agreements all write back to Salesforce, which makes the process much more efficient and error-free for all involved. 
Their ability to adjust workflows based on product refinements mid-process was something that Derrick handled with ease. They have been with us through the implementation process since Day 1 and continue as we move towards the next Phase.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

If the buyer decides not to use the online redline tool and sends the quote/agreement outside DealHub. In that case, we lose the approval process with Legal and Finance for any redlines/edits and the automation of writing it back to Salesforce.

Helping optimize our deal desk to decrease inefficiencies and drive revenue.

The customer-facing interface  has a great value for us

Some of the admin practices are not intuitive

The interface for both sales reps and the customer are much better than the existing custom solution and the customization options are much better

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

Appreciated that we did not have to build our Dealroom alone and that Goldie was knowledgeable, especially in translating our manual process into something more automated. I love that Dealhub has a sandbox and production instance because it allows us to test before deploying the changes to live. 
I also appreciated the length of time given to complete our integration to get it live and being able to debug what we have, as some other companies would have rushed the integration to get us onboarded. Glad we were taken care of well and efficiently to match our Go Live date.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

I had no dislikes while working with Goldie, she was very professional, fun to work with and very communicative at every juncture.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We no longer have to create quotes manually, and we can pull the products into our Dynamics instance, allowing us to make better reports. 
The Dealroom has been very useful as before, we could not know if signatories were viewing our sent quote, and we get an instant notification to allow us to sign after they have it based on the rules we have set.

- Awesome support team.  Ron has been a fantastic resource!

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

- Sometimes bug-y
- PDF management is clunky

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- We have a lot of products (too many) and product skus.  Guided selling helps eliminate user error (ie, selecting the wrong product).
- We're not there quite yet, but DealRoom solves our out dated proposal generation problem.
