**What do you like best about DealHub?**

The CPQ tools are super easy to use, and the integrations with our CRM work flawlessly, making quoting and contracts so much faster and more accurate. I also love how customizable everything is—it’s easy to adapt it to fit different needs. Plus, their support team is awesome—always quick to help and really know their stuff.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

It can take a bit of time to get the hang of everything when you’re first starting out, especially if you’re new to CPQ tools. But honestly, their training and support team make it way easier to get up to speed.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DealHub.io has been a total game-changer for our clients. It’s streamlined their sales process with tools that make quoting and contract generation so much faster and more accurate. Everything looks professional, and we don’t have to worry about little errors slipping through. The DealRoom feature has been awesome for keeping teams on the same page, and the analytics give us great insights into what’s working and where we can improve. Overall, it’s made things smoother, more efficient, and just easier all around.

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

Dealhub has helped automate and lock down our Quote management, saving our sales reps and managers a ton of time while integrating seamlessly into our CRM (Salesforce). Dealrooms have helped put a professional polish on the "contract signing" step in our sales process, and the generated PDF quotes have ensured our written contracts are consistent and clean.

Though it takes some effort to learn the system in order to fully customize Dealhub, their customer service has been extremely helpful in implementing and educating my team on how to improve and customize the system to fit our needs.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

Some features that would be really nice to have but do not currently exist within Dealhub would be the ability to live edit a Dealroom or the addition of more robust reporting and filtering on the approvals page. I do believe these features are on their roadmap, so hopefully, they will come soon.

Lastly, their Knowledge Center has not been very helpful once you get past the introductory setup. It's usually, a better idea to reach out to their customer success, especially because they are so responsive.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DealHub helps create a simple and intuitive workflow for our salespeople that allows them to configure quotes and deliver a consistent and appealing proposal. Dealhub's integration with Salesforce has helped ensure that the data in our systems are always in alignment and the reps never have to leave their CRM. The level of customization that is allowed in Dealhub has been extremely helpful as our company has grown and has needed to implement a larger variety of contract with varying complexity.

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

We have implemented Dealhub for a number of our clients and the biggest plus we see is the time to value. The tool is relatively painless to implement and with the seemless integration to Salesforce, it means that data remains within the CRM. It can handle complex pricing and is adaptable enough to handle different product and price rules depending on any variable you have data for. The Dealhub team is super supportive and fantastic to work with.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

The user experience of Dealhub whilst functionaly good, could be improved in terms of look and feel.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dealhub allows our customers to better manage their discount and selling rules, whilst enabling their teams to develop complex quotes without the need for separate pricing calculators. It also ensures that what has been agreed in a quote is fully aligned with the information captured in a CRM.

The platform is quite intuitive to configure and use
The customer success management team are involved from the very beginning and they are available always for giving support
On the implementation part the out of the box version is quite simple to put live. On the teweaking part you will need some time to do it, but it is possible to do.

some small details related to number formating, but they said they already include it on the backlog and gave some ETA

The UI is easy to navigate through and not many fields. Approvals are easier.

Not sure how to delete DealRoom. And can be a bit easier while making duplicates to understand the last edit date better

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

As a growing company we had to choose a platform where we can grow together, save licenses and be more focused on sales. We choose DealHub due to the great capabilities. We started with CPQ and DealRoom, then we moved to CLM and Billing! It is very easy for us to talk with the same vendor, a vendor who we built a very good trust and expand our capabilities.

So far we have all we need to run our business smoothly! Thanks DealHub!

There’s nothing significant to dislike, however, a few minor UI enhancements could make navigation even smoother.

It is an extremely automated service with a smooth end to end experience. The customer support is very quick and helpful too. I am frequently using it day to day.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

Sometimes it could be a little bit slow in the loading times, but the R&D team have worked very hard to improve this and overtime using Dealhub, I have seen the loading times be reduced.

It helped solve the problem the company previously had with SalesForce and just really makes the end to end process a lot smoother from creating the quote to having it signed by the customer.

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

Much more user-friendly than SFDC CPQ. Highly highly configurable to your needs. But most of all, their implementation and CS teams are unmatched in my experience. We could not have gotten through implementation without them and their expertise. Always feel like we get full attention on every call.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

There are a couple things that the product cannot do that would be useful. While it is super configurable to meet our needs, there are some specific capabilities from a full-customization end around approvals that would be very helpful. Mostly small potatoes though.

Customer Experience through its customizable platform. Implementation with our Customer Success Manager Ilay was smooth, and he's always there to help me out when there are urgencies.

Relearning its quirks when developing playbooks/pricing table. Duplication of Quotes. It's very Dealhub UI and it takes time to fully understand.

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

I can't tell how impressed we are with DealHub capabilities! It is the first time we have landed at a REAL one stop shop! We get rid of CLM licenses, PRM licenses, Signature capabilities and more. We finally have one platform where we can drive our business smoothly and build more capabilities on top of our endless data. Very easy to adopt, connected to our CRM smoothly (no errors). Using the digital signature (implemented in our DealRoom).

The tool is so dynamic, it allows you to configure all you need in different ways, so you have to be very accurate in building it right. This solution experts are great so you can have their help 24/7.

It starts with the CPQ, which enables us to quickly sign our customers in a very comfortable and representative deal room and moves forward to the deal hub billing system, which solves many hours of manual billing and enables us to stream the quote-to-cash process in a highly automated way which increases efficiency and reduce errors.

With DealHub, we’ve significantly improved our sales cycle. The digital DealRoom provides governance, insights, and sentiment analysis at every stage, including chat, alerts, syncing new contacts to our CRM (smooth integration/implementation), signatures, redlining, and more. It saves us valuable time and allows us to focus on delivering value and promoting deals to closure. Additionally, it streamlines our PS collection process, ensuring smooth operations without delays. The product support is great!

I wish there were more admin features accessible from mobile.

Our organization is changing its services frequently and with DealHub we are able to modify the tool to our business needs smoothly and easily! The DealRoom is so great which gives us the ability to be much more proactive than our competitors! We use DealHub every day to compose proposals, integrated into our CRM easily.

Since we have DealHub we have a very easy sales process with a dynamic approval workflow. We don't need to remember what to sell, where and when. Our proposals look GREAT with our brand and dynamic messages. Easy to use (UI friendly), implemented fast, integrated to our CRM, their customer support is the best (very committed).

As an AE, I have all I need, nothing is missing so nothing to share so far.

With DealHub, it is easy to make changes according to business need without exhausting and long hours. The tool is adaptable and the team at DealHub is great at supporting user needs.

Honestly, the only thing that has always been somewhat annoying with DealHub is that its sometimes slow when you work on massive complicated deals (multi years, bundles, multiple products, tons of approvals at once).

The user support is very fast and agile. Problems are taken seriously and solved usually quickly.
Multiple options to configure by yourself without previous experience.
Easy to use for the end user.

Admin side occurs to be slow and is inconvenience to use with large data amounts.

It allows us to determine the services which customer service and salesreps can offer to the customer. It will standarize our range of services. Quote process is fast because the prices are fetch directly from ERP. Furthermore quotes can be turned easilyto contracts.

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

Last year we turned our business model into consumption based. We couldn't move forward without DealHub that connected the CPQ into their Billing solution. The integration is so easy and data can be integrated to legacy applications we are using to track our clients' adoption. We have a very complicated calculator that we were able to integrate to the Billing system.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

We sometimes need their support as we are still adjusting our model (fine-tune it).

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For our finance team, we have a platform that helps us to charge our clients fast and accurate (consumption based). The data is flowing from the CPQ directly to the billing and we are able to issue invoices on the right time including reminders etc.

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

Typically, CPQ implementations can take months, require consultants, and cause a lot of internal pain to get set up.  Dealhub was the opposite for us.  If anything, the implementation went faster than our internal commercial team could set up the business rules we needed to build. As the rules were ready, they were built and tested within minutes (no exaggeration here). Integration was very enjoyable and easy as well. 

The account team we have is also top-notch. I like to be self-sufficient in our tech stack, and they have been key players in getting it up and running, getting me enabled, and now acting as sounding boards for best practices on how to address new challenges within our business that we need Dealhub to help tackle.

Within a month of going live, we have all of our subscription business being run through Dealhub quoting and approvals, and very few technical hurdles with the teams using it.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

With all technology there have been some bugs in what we test vs. what our user ends up seeing. Some were self inflicted, others were truly Dealhub functionality - but their support team has been very responsive and is happy to jump on a call to walk through anything too challenging to solve via email.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously we had no reportable insight into the benefits being offered to customers via our order forms, all digital signatures had to be routed through one woman, and we were not enforcing the business rules tied into our price/packaging. We now have full insight to what we are truly selling (or giving away), proper approvals and tracking in place to manage within the guardrails of our commercial guidelines, and we have removed a major bottle neck in our purchasing journey, but bringing the order form and signature process back into the rep's workflow (they don't sign their own deals though, don't worry ;) ).

We finally see improvement at all KPIs, time to close, win rate, first impression and more. We are able to be more focused during the sales process. We better know the client's needs and fit our proposal accordingly. We use it on a daily basis, the CPQ and Billing are integrated seamlessly to our CRM and ERP so we are closing the revenue and finance data in one place. Very easy to use, very friendly, great CSM support and very intuitive and easy to implement.

We would like to have more capability over the mobile as some AEs are travelling.

With a very complex pricing model, relying on dynamic changes, we found out that DealHub is the best tool for us! Practically, we have now a very organized process and all of our KPIs were dramatically improved. We are closing deals accurately, using it on a daily basis, very easy UI and plenty of capabilities!

We have few admins in different locations, we would love to see online alerts when commiting changes. As for now we are able to see who is working on what version but alerting would be great.

We have DealRoom for enterprise clints, MM and SMB, the messages fit the industry segment, so our ROI is tailored per prospect. Our team is responsible for adjusting the infographic based on needs. Very easy to implement along with great support.

Easy to use, easy to implement, great CSM that brings lots of value and best practices! We are now controlling the Q2C process starting from the revenue to billing!

We are not the typical client, not SaaS B2B so sometimes we need one offs to support our business. This is OK as we have a strong CSM that always brings us creative solutions.

We are using DealRoom only, connected to our CRM. This is a great platform where you want to be very dynamic and agile during the sales process. Oue services are changing occasionally so we must have a tool to support many business models. The CRM - DealRoom implementation was easy, everything is being synced smoothly so we can create better reports on our potential clients during the sales process.

Our PRM is so complex, so we need to build an external utility to pull the data.

It can be challenging to incorporate new logic into the CPQ system once a significant amount of logic has already been applied due to the structure of its logic.

This allows us to integrate the revenue data and sync it with our calculators and other reporting utilities. An amazing capability that feeds our sales team with great data.

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

The platform is easy to use, powerful and flexible. Compared to other CPQ platforms I've used in the past, DealHub is much easier to administer. The user interface is clean and provides a clean workflow and experience for the user community.

Deal Room is an excellent feature also to allow for collaborative proposal sharing, redlining and tracking of customer-facing documents.

Finally, the post-sale support has been excellent. Very knowledgeable people who want their customers to succeed.

Better reporting or data access would be helpful but I believe its on the roadmap for future iterations.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DealHub has enabled us to move away from spreadsheets for pricing & quoting. The internal and external customer experiences are greatly advanced because of DealHub. 
Looking forward to future releases and seeing where the platform can go.

Even though the platform is likely mostly used for SaaS or other service quoting, it works great for equipment quoting for our purposes. The best part for us are the question trees that one can get build out to make the reps life easy by simply following the questions. Everyting from quote creation to signature is a smooth process and Customer Support is absolutely fantastic!

One small downside of DealHub is that quoting one-off pieces or configurations of equipment isn't the easiest, but it is doable.
