**What do you like best about DealHub?**

Control and visibility into how we're pricing and packaging deals. It integrates perfectly with Salesforce and it's something our reps are using everyday. It's also very easy to use both for reps and leadership.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

Implementations can be a little long to get things exactly how you need them but we do have a multi product and complex pricing strategy.

Managing key approval workflows to control discounts and ensuring our deals are priced consistantly. It also reduces the time to quote dramatically for reps to quote

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

DealHub has made creating quotes for our reps a seamless experience. Prior to DealHub, quoting was the primary source of frustration for our teams. Now, the guided selling means both new and experienced reps are comfortable with our pricing models and quoting process.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

We're excited for enhanced contract lifecycle management functionality that is on the roadmap.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DealHub is simplifying a complex pricing model into an intuitive guided selling motion for our reps. This means that less time is being spent on the administrative side of things for Sales, Legal, Finance, and Deal Desk.

- Responsiveness and collaborative approach to working,
- Great collaborative relationship between our company & DealHub,
- Feels much more lightweight than Salesforce CPQ,

- Generally works quite well independently and with Salesforce.

- Currently, the editor.
- Would be good if DealHub could provide a portal for customers where the documentation is stored.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DealHub is helping us Configure, Price and Quote our clients.
Really it's a journey.

We create an Opp in SFDC, a Proposal from there, we let our internal processes run, and we get the quote out to the customer if needed.
Sometimes we have some reports of the quality of the paperwork DealHub can generate, and administratively it's a bit of a pain. 

However! it works very well from an operational standpoint, underpinning our commercial process.

Roy Konfino, is in particular an exemplary CSM, supporting us for four years now. We have an excellent relationship supported by a proactive and agile approach.

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

The team is very responsive to our needs. We have a fairly complicated way of selling and they have been able to evolve the product to meet our requirements. It's also a very user-friendly product, which is important when you have a considerable number of people to cater for. Everyone we've worked with on the team has been fantastic. They're extremely experienced in this space and have provided great guidance for us from migration to implementation to reporting. Highly recommend the product and the team.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

We had a rather large and complicated dataset that spanned 5 or more years that needed to be migrated and, due to the complexity, there were some import issues (that we were prepared for ahead of time) that meant some of our orders weren't linked correctly. We were very aware of this issue going into the import but currently, there isn't an easy fix for this so things have had to be sent to the team for restructuring on their end. However! The team has been working on a front-end solution to this issue that we're expecting to see rolled out within days which will assist greatly. There really isn't much to dislike about Subskribe as a product or a company. Where practical, they're very responsive to feature requests and providing solutions to ensure roadblocks are overcome quickly.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a business, we've never really had a clear source of truth on what a customer is purchasing. Everything has lived in individual deals within our CRM and due to the complexity of how we sell, some customers could have 10 or more deals in any given year. This has made identifying whitespace challenging and has also made subscription management a nightmare - a very manual process from renewal to licence creation/entitlements. We've been living out of spreadsheets with complicated calculations and formulas to achieve desired reporting and business requirements. The existing process wasn't sustainable or scalable. We've only just made the transition to Subskribe and can already see the benefits of the subscription object within the CRM outlining clearly what the customer is purchasing. It's providing the basis from which we can automate our provisioning entitlements and we've also been able to automate our subscription renewal process, although, we haven't yet had the opportunity to put this into practice. The future is bright!

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

We've been using DealHub CPQ to streamline our contracting and pricing workflows, and it's been a game-changer for both our Sales and Customer Success teams. The seamless integration with HubSpot, which we are power users of, has significantly improved our operational efficiency. The system's infinite flexibility allows us to configure nearly anything we need, aligning perfectly with our complex requirements. Highly recommend DealHub for those looking for a robust CPQ solution, but do plan for thorough change management and user enablement if transitioning from less structured systems. Keep it simple wherever possible!

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

While DealHub CPQ offers fantastic flexibility and integrates seamlessly with HubSpot, managing it can feel like handling a bowl of spaghetti. The more complicated your requirements, the harder it becomes to keep everything straight. Although the pricing rules are robust, they don’t allow for easy adjustments around our pricing tables, which our salespeople struggled to adapt to. It's not necessarily a flaw, but it does highlight the need for significant change management and enablement time. Stay as simple as possible to avoid unnecessary complexities.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before switching to DealHub CPQ, our contracting system with PandaDocs was a manual nightmare. We struggled with generating accurate documents, validating data like dates and SKUs, and handling our complex pricing rules. DealHub has resolved these issues by providing a seamless integration with HubSpot and a flexible configuration system that aligns with our specific needs. This has significantly reduced manual errors and improved our overall contract review process, making our workflow far more efficient and reliable.

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

Subskribe provided us with multiple out-of-the-box features that enabled our business to quickly transition and deploy our go-to-market pricing and packaging strategies. Subskribe as a company has been an awesome customer support partner in listening to our needs as a SaaS subscription-based business and delivering on the most critical features required for us to take our business to the next level. The implementation was as easy as it could be for a system that is replacing complex business processes such as quoting, contracts management, and subscription billing and invoicing. We use Subskribe on a daily basis to process billing and invoices for our customers, generate pricing quotes for our prospects and customers, and keep a seamless alignment between our CRM and ERP systems.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

There aren't many downsides to the software in terms of functionality. The Salesforce integration still has some room to improve and the object model can be difficult to some if they are very engrained in previous SFDC-based CPQ and billing systems. The company is also on the smaller side so as they grow, the level of attention to our needs will be shared across their customer base which is understandable over time.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to bringing on Subskribe, we struggled with multiple things that fast-growing SaaS subscription-based businesses deal with. We had a rigid system consisting of spreadsheets and custom objects built in Salesforce that would not allow us to change or test new pricing & packaging strategies for our growing product suite. Our sales reps and TAM's also struggled to quickly and easily put together pricing quotes for prospects/customers because the previous tools were confusing and often buggy. Subskribe has allowed us to generate fast and accurate quotes that abide by our company discount policies along with a seamless integration to our contracts management and e-signature tools.

We were dealing with various internal tools which were a combination of spreadsheets, & some other tools in the market. After onboarding to Subskribe, we learnt that their product capture exactly what we needed and eliminated our hacky internal tools. Its an amazing self serve product, our team figured out things on our own.

The team at Subskribe provided incredible support. They are always on top of any requests & we always get service with a happy face. The product is also constantly improving every week. Amazing team.

No complaints yet! As long as the team continues to build and evolves their product integrations, and keeps up with the requests/feedback from us. They are already solving our core business needs.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a growing startup with evolving needs, Subskribe is helping us focus on our core product with evolving business model. We can quote quickly with no issues. Product is simple to use and efficient. Analytics is helpful as well and provides a very intuitive view of our revenue stream for the team.

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

Subskribe’s value can really be seen once you start the implementation process. Having gone through implementing other business system tools in the past, Subskribe was incredibly lightweight in comparison. Not only was the team at Subskribe very helpful in assisting with data migration and parsing through our historical quotes and invoices, but actually deploying the system and integrating with our current CRM didn’t take up many cycles at all. I’ll tip my hat to the engineers at Subskribe – they have built something that is terribly easy to deploy and quick to get users onboarded.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

Overall I don’t have too many complaints about Subskribe. The whole process of deployment was pretty painless, and any issues that did come up, I had a direct line to the team at Subskribe. I suppose one area that could be improved is documentation. While Subskribe does have their API docs in order, I’d say there could definitely be a more user-friendly experience and more robust documentation. Any gaps were easily addressed by chatting with the Subskribe team, but I could see a case for making it so it is much more self-serve.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have fully moved off of our previous Q2C solution and onto Subskribe, which has had a few benefits. Namely, being able to get the system up and running quickly was key for us. Subskribe promised and delivered on this front, and we needed to be quick about it because we have some important product updates coming soon that we wanted to get ahead of. Subskribe has also helped in terms of user adoption. We have definitely seen an uptick in our end users, and overall satisfaction is positive from internal teams.

As someone who has been involved in rolling out CPQ solutions for businesses at multiple businesses, I can confidently say that Dealhub has been the best I have worked with. The most impressive part of Dealhub is its ease of use, which allows for quick adjustments and implementation of new requirements.  The customer support provided by Dealhub has been exceptional in my experience. Their responsive assistance has ensured an effective rollout and their continuous support, makes it easy to make the needed changes when required.

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

DealHub has incredible customer Support. Both Derrick and Ariela were amazing since day 1, they went above and beyond to get us what we needed. They always had answers to our questions. Our company had just recently been acquired and so we had to integrate lots of different systems and processes. Having DealHub with us on this journey was essential. Because it is so easy to use, we are able to implement it and enhance it independently as much as we need, while knowing that we can still reach out to support and get an answer. DealHub has become an essential part of our business and we're happy to have acquired it.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

Our team has always used DocuSign and they were use to it and we had lots of concerns and dislikes about it not integrating. We were still able to use DealHub's own signing features, but having an integration feature would have made things easier. Also, the output documents set up could be better. Having to set up the content of our documents it's difficult.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DealHub is helping us put our contracts and proposals into a single system, replacing a manual process that we previously had. Having Dealhub makes things more automated for us, cutting time that was spent doing manual calculations and document tracking.

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

Support is very responsive from implementation thru on-going support. Very user-friendly interface. DealHub is very customizable and has been able to handle the majority of our use cases.  Its been great to have sales rep directly get pricing, create quote, and track approvals. And, quick to test and release new playbooks as we get feedback from the team or our go-to-market changes.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

They can improve on how to manage the output documents and edit them more easily for more complicated output scenarios. A more automated way and cleaner interface to handle multi-year pricing would be helpful.  And, you can only use their native e-sign feature for the Quote; it would be great if you can sign a second document (i.e. MSA) along with a Quote document.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows AEs to self-service and get pricing generated, along with quotes, and get manager approvals, as needed. Removes workload from traditional deal desk.

Using Dealhub allowed us to significantly scale our processes and improve how we operate. Importantly,  the implementation process has been incredibly well executed - the support  and speed of execution we received from Dealhub team was unparalelled. Goldie who worked on side of Dealhub for our project went above and beyond, solving and creatively accommodating for any requests.  The timeliness in which we were able to launch exceeded all our expectations.

Implementing DealHub has brought more flexibility to our quoting and e-Signature process. This is the first CPQ tool we've implemented at my company, and the DealHub implementation team has been a wonderful partner during this process. Our sales team enjoys using DealHub to quote and sign order forms.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

The integration with Salesforce is not intuitive, has downstream impacts on product assignment, and changes how products roll up to the amount field in SFDC.

DealHub allows us to create dynamic proposals based on a customized playbook that is intuitive and easy to use for our sales team.

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

DealHub is very customizable to our business needs and it streamlines our processes for our reps to only have to go to one place to price out, create, and submit their quotes while tying in with our CRM.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

I think the upside is also a downside in a way - because of it's total customizability, it makes the admin side of it very complicated. But we are also at fault for having such complicated / niche needs. This CPQ platform is designed from the ground-up to support the needs of subscription based software businesses (SaaS. As a result, it's implementation timeframe is short and it's easy to use, requiring very little onboarding and training. The best thing is how responsive their support teams are and they're eager to take in feedback to make their products better.

There are some additional features that would be great to have included within Subskribe’s product. Would love to see a native CLM in the product so we could forgo using a third-party tool. Would also love to see more robust guided selling features. But all in all I’m quite happy with Subskribe.

Sometimes the flexibility of the product can be a negative point as there are a lot of options and often multiple ways of getting to a similar outcome this certainly could have been the case with Dealhub as there are lots of options but the support and onboarding has ensured that we have been guided in the right direction at the relevant points.

I’ve used Salesforce CPQ for most of my software career, so it was surprising to me to see a tool like Subskribe CPQ. I honestly had gotten so used to the way Salesforce CPQ works, all the quirks, issues, workarounds, etc… that seeing the demo of Subskribe for the first time had me thinking, “This can’t be real.” But it is, truly! 

We are big fans of Subskribe now and what we love most about it is the way it is reinventing the CPQ category. It’s taking a fresh pair of eyes on a super stagnant industry and building a tool that is:
- super easy to use
- fast
- lightweight
- solving common sales issues
- not going to sink your budget

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

I don’t like that I didn’t know about Subskribe a few years ago when I was struggling through integration work between Salesforce CPQ and our internal billing system. Wish we had come across Subskribe earlier, but you live and learn! Glad to have this piece of software in our toolbelt now.

Subskribe CPQ has solved our long standing issues with using Salesforce CPQ. It would take so many cycles for us to make changes to fit into our billing system or if we wanted to update our pricing book. Just a crazy mess of code that I’m glad we don’t have to deal with anymore. 

Also we are getting super positive feedback from our field team. They like using Subskribe CPQ. It’s snappier, they say, and just a lot more intuitive.

Product specific: I love the new User Interface. It's so easy to develop in the sandbox and promote to production. Impact Analysis I use a lot, helps me understand how a change impacts the whole system. Very easy to integrate with Salesforce.

I would like to better understand limitations of the formulas. I would like to see the ability to delete products based on playbooks - currently if you have multiple playbooks all products are in both and you can't delete some from one without impacting the other.

All configuration on DealHub is very simple. The system has an user-friendly interface. The DealHub Support Team are very proactive. Both CSM I have been working with are well the Solution Architect are always ready to help and show you best practice and help you with more complex use cases to be configured. You can export playbook and then work on excel and then import it back which facilitates the admin work. DealHub also offers sessions with experts explainning some configuration tricks which helps a lot. In summary, I like working with DealHub team as well working with this system integrated to our CRM very much. DealRoom feature and approval dashboard are very good features.

Guidance on DealHub webpage could have a better step by step on how to configure more complex use cases so it would not need to access CSM or Solution Architect for easy things like that. I also would like to see some minor improvements which would facilitate the admin work on some configuration.

I am using the tool from last 2 years. Its Ease of integration with Freshsales CRM makes it easy to use for sales quotation. It is easy to implement and saves a lot of time for users. Within no time you can customize the tool and go live without experiencing any issues. You can even track whether the quote is viewed by the person or not and you'll get notified once it viewed, thats the best part!!

Takes sometime to load the applciation. Also, once the quote is published, there is no way to edit it. We only have to make a duplicate copy of the quote and then edit it. Rest everthing seems pretty well for me.

We've been working with Subskribe for roughly 6 months now and the Subskribe team has been helpful in improve the platform through feedback and very prompt at making updates to reflect needs of our organization.  While the product is still early, there are a lot of potential in what exists today.

There's minor UI quirks and missing reporting functionality that we've learned to work around.  Improved filters and sorting capabilities are missing.  The integration with Docusign is still a bit early and the PDF generation needs to be improved more.

It's improved our ability to send out quotes, manage our different pricing structures and send out invoices.  Additionally the dunnings emails have been a nice nudge for outstanding invoices that need to get paid.

Subskribe has been a great fit for our needs, and we really like that they have a complete quote-to-revenue solution. We started out with their CPQ product, which proved to be great on its own, but we saw the immense value of having an end-to-end quoting and billing solution. So, we decided to go all-in on their Q2R platform, which will be solving a much needed pain-point in our org.

Overall our experience with Subskribe has been smooth, and we’ve been able to get our implementation rolling in good time. The product does what they say it does, and integrates nicely with our existing tech stack (Hubspot). The Subskribe team has also been an added bonus to this software purchase, as they’ve been able to respond to our unique business needs, making us feel fully supported the whole way through.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

I haven’t encountered much to dislike about Subskribe, thankfully. Fingers crossed this keeps on going, but so far we’ve had a great experience with the product and the team and have felt that Subskribe does a good job taking care of our many use cases.

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

The best thing about DealHub is the ability to customize our quoting process to the point where we can actually IMPROVE quality of life for our end users and managers. All of the feedback during UI testing (so far) has been nothing but gushing positivity over the time saved, ease of use, and simplicity that helps our sales team move fast and deliver a better customer experience.

As for the admins, some of the testing features such as dependencies check, impact analysis, and inspector are friggin' clutch. The integration with HubSpot is a huge plus, considering not all tools play so well in that regard with HS.

Finally, the implementation team we had were absolutely top notch. They were there to hold my hand through learning the admin side, encouraging testing and validating after the fact, teaching me tips & tricks, and providing additional sanity checks and support along the way to preparing for launch. This level of support I've never experienced with any other tool implementation.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

What I would improve about DealHub are the ability to interact with (maybe not edit but at easily reference) the data in the summary tables, simplify the proposal attributes feature (the feature is great but the function is a little clunky), and would ask the DealHub dev team to continue improving on the impact analysis feature. Its absolutely awesome but seems to miss some of the conditional answers stuff which can send me chasing my tail sometimes when making changes.

Some of the tips and tricks my implementation team also shared would be great to have generally available as features/options (example: eliminating the option to "add" question group tables when copying is the intention).

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem we were attempting to solve was time-saving time and improving quality of life for our sales leadership. Our current process using native HubSpot function requires each quote we send out to be reviewed and approved, and there wasn't any customizable approval logic which meant every detail had to be poured over dozens of times a day eliminating time for actual daily tasks. As you can imagine, this also impacts the ease of use for our sales team and delivery speed to customers. Overall, the time saving and nimble nature of DealHub is a huge improvement for all involved parties.

DealHub is the undisputed leader in the CPQ software space. It's not just about the primary CPQ functionality, but their DealRooms are game changers in the proposal space. It is a complete upgrade to your buyer journey that you can not put a price tag on. Administering the tool is also extremely approachable for even the non-tech savvy which is a major win in my book. Their CS and implementation teams are extremely hands on in the onboarding process which is key when designing a CPQ as projects can easily get behind or abandoned altogether with other players in this space.

They just recently addressed my only previous issue which was that the backend interface was a bit outdated in appearance, but they just launched a new one that completely fits the bill.

First and foremost they are solving a gap in keeping reps inside the lines of acceptable while also making for the easiest deal desk experience of all-time with their approval flows.

DealHub has great support and is fairly easy to build and implement. Connecting to Salesforce was easy, and the ability to pull or sync fields is done through a simple drop down section. The DealRoom is a fantastic way to present deals to your customer, and there's a lot of customization that can be done to both the PDF and the DealRoom. 

For any issues or concerns, I've found great success with the support team or through our account executive.

Like all SaaS products, there are features or changes you'd like to see that are not available yet. However, they've done a great job to take my feedback and leverage the expectations on whether I would see those features in the future. 

There are things that aren't able to bend to the way our business operates, but there really isn't a tool that can fit every single need for a business.

DealHub is a great CPQ tool. Easy to configure, intuitive to use and has robust features. Completely streamlined the qoute process from beginning to end. 

However, the best part of DealHub is the support and customer success team. I've implemented a lot of software tools and it's unmatched. Whenever I have a question, I get an answer in a very reasonable time. I can easily spit ball ideas or hop on a quick call to discuss future possibilities. Darlene and Jacob always make my day when I work with them. It's gotten to a point when we're having problems with other tools my team says "We need a Darlene and Jacob." 

Absolutely stress-free process from beginning to end.

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

I love using Subskribe. Is it weird to love B2B software? Well, that’s where I’m at. Subskribe is just so easy to use, it’s hard not to like the thing! It makes creating proposals super easy and fast, and for a rep, that’s just what we need. I hate when I use a piece of sales software and am just stuck fiddling with the thing for hours on end. Subskribe is the total opposite of that. Super easy to use, quick to quote, and makes the deal process as simple as can be.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

More easy to access customization on proposal appearance would be good. Like a WYSIWYG editor or something for reps to just tweak things here and there depending on the client. Sometimes you need a little extra pizazz, and I want to be able to do that quick with no fuss.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Oh the craziness we used to go through with google sheets upon sheets. It was hard to find the right sheet that had our pricing/packaging, and then finding the right sheet for quoting. Oh boy what a nightmare. Subskribe has easily solved this for us. Everything organized in one place in a logical way and the ability to whip up a quote in just a few minutes. I can’t tell you how much time this has saved me!
