Simplifying the completion process for sellers and allowing the company to enforce controls into the process. The support from Roy Konfino has been outstanding.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

Any glitches but all are being supported and fixed by Dealhub & Roy. Adapations and enhancements have been addressed promtly so we are able to make improvements as we go.

Guided Quoting & Quick Bundling for easy quoting building ​. Streamlining so all sellers align to Global standards and best practices. Enhancing SKU management and pricing updates. Flexibility to have dedicated workflows for approval processes, quote templates etc

There is always a solution for what you want to implement and we really work together to achieve greatness.
I am never stressed when we need to devellop something new becaus i know Roy will find a solution :-)
Also, when we have decided on something internally, Roy has a very valuable input, he is very smart, reactive and experienced!

Some latencies in the playbook (but it is better now)

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

DealHub has made our sales workflow dynamic, yet extremely simple. As a sales rep, my time saved through the DealHub tool compared to our previous CPQ is dramatic.

Additionally, the customer support provided by Neal and Ariela has been amazing. They've understood our largest challenges and provided quality recommendations to solve them.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

Honestly, there is not much to dislike with DealHub. There are some minor holes in the product that could be filled to even further improve user workflows.

Examples include - a) process to resend/review quotes within the DealHub system. b) discounting product groups dynamically.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DealHub is helping my team solve a whole host of problems such as:
-Speeding up quote configuration and proposal workflows.
-Preventing configuration errors which lead to downstream pain.
-Enabling sales reps to better understand product packages and proper sales flows.
-Improving client experience through the sales or order process.
-Providing a source for upsell and onboarding process improvement through their digital dealroom.

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

Its overall flexibility and implementation team made implementing DealHub into our existing processes a breeze! There were some trials and tribulations, but Brett Davis was INCREDIBLY helpful at every step, giving us workarounds, etc., to assist in making the system bend to fit our needs.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

There is no spell check for rich text fields, we love them but our folks are error-prone, so having to download external tools to gain this accessibility isn't desirable. There are also limitations to where I can't lock a company-wide Font type and sizing for rich text fields, meaning our users have to adjust every field and make sure all of their font matches which, as you might understand, gets missed more times than not.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With past CPQ systems we used, there was never one quite flexible enough to bend to our Sales needs. This system allows us the overall flexibility to construct clean, accurate, and professional proposals by simply answering questions!

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

Taking a bet on Subskribe was the best thing we did this year! Gone are our integration issues and slow development cycles with our dated quoting and billing systems. Subskribe feels like the app of the future, with a modern UI and out-of-the-box features to handle the complexities of SaaS deals. And their new advanced analytics dashboard – wow, our executive team loves the data we can glean from this to better understand how our deal and revenue flow is looking. Honestly, we would have bought Subskribe for this dashboard alone!

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

Not much to complain about today, but there are a few idiosyncrasies that could use some work, including support for a broader set of third-party integrations and a nice-to-have would be a built-in CLM. Overall though, Subskribe hits the nail on the head for us.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speed of quoting – Subskribe has fast tracked our sales operations and deal desk.
Consistency of invoices – Subskribe has removed many of the issues we saw in discrepancies between quotes given out to a customer and what they ended up being billed.
Development time – With Subskribe’s integrated platform, we have cut down on the resources needed to build integrations between platforms.

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

I have used myriad billing tools in my career and Subskribe is the first to actually make me smile. Why? Because it’s the first one to actually get the concept of quote-to-cash right. If you’ve been in finance as long as I have, you know that some of the biggest headaches include reconciling quoted, invoiced, and collected amounts, and structuring billing contracts that reflect what was actually sold. Subskribe has a single-order system, which makes QTC actually work as it was always intended! The order is the quote and the invoice is the revenue recognized. It’s a simple idea that Subskribe has built into the core of their platform. In the end, this means a system that doesn’t require endless reconciliations or constant upkeep. Amazing!

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

I’ve been asking Subskribe about building in contract lifecycle management functionality as that would make my life even easier. They have let me know they are actively working on this, so hopefully they can make it happen. Other than that, Subskribe has worked quite well for our team.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In terms of business problems, Subskribe has reduced the overhead needed to maintain our QTC processes. The simple fact that we now only use one product/pricing catalog has reduced the enormous amount of effort we spent in the past making sure that our catalogs were in sync. Couple that with the lack of integration work needed between systems and the added bonus that Subskribe’s team is very responsive to any customizations we need, and you get serious efficiency gains for our company.

I've been using DealHub for over 3 years, and I must say it's an excellent tool for managing and streamlining the process of creating sales quotes for customers. As a technical admin, I particularly appreciate the ability to customize DealHub to support even the most complex scenarios.

One of the things I find most valuable about DealHub is the outstanding customer success, sales engineer, and support teams. They have been incredibly helpful, professional, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure we get the most out of the tool.

Overall, I highly recommend DealHub to anyone looking for a top-notch sales quote management tool that's flexible, user-friendly, and backed by an exceptional team.

I haven't encountered any significant issues or concerns. The platform has been incredibly reliable, and the customer success and support teams have been outstanding. DealHub.io has been an incredibly useful tool for us in managing and streamlining the process of creating and managing sales quotes. Before using DealHub, this was a very manual and time-consuming process, with a lot of back-and-forth communication between our sales team and customers.
With DealHub, we've been able to automate much of this process, which has saved us a significant amount of time and resources. The ability to customize the platform has allowed us to eliminate user mistakes when creating quotes, which has improved the accuracy and consistency of our quotes.

DealHub is the best CPQ platform. From configuration to quoting, DealHub has exceeded our expectations.  Configuring complex products and services, pricing capabilities etc. ensures that our quotes are accurate. The platform's quoting and integration capabilities have also been a major plus. The user-friendly interface and  customer support is also exceptional.

Nothing as such! No bad experiences.  The best CPQ tool.

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

Subskribe has really simplified our recurring billing process, allowing us to bring order to a process that was, at times, chaotic. Subskribe’s platform is easy to use and was fast to implement. Invoices are automated and exactly match the quotes that they’re based on, and we don’t need to worry about accuracy or reconciliation with Subskribe in place. Everything is taken care of in Subskribe, from dunning to tax calculations, it’s really a complete product.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

It would be nice if Subskribe could create more differentiated user experiences between our different users. For instance, a sales rep will certainly need a different user experience than someone on the finance side. Right now, there is the basic differentiation of restricting access to different parts of the product, but I think there is room for more customization and personalization.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Subskribe has helped us solve our reconciliation problem. Before, there were issues between our sales and finance teams, as often invoices ended up not matching our quotes. This problem is essentially gone now that we have deployed Subskribe. Additionally, on the sales side of the house, the team is able to build proposals much faster and more in compliance with what we’d expect on the billing side.

DealHub is relatively simple to use, both from an administrator building perspective and from an end user perspective. It also integrates nicely with Salesforce.

DealHub has some limitations which requires teams to either know in advance that their use case can't be solved for in DealHub, or attempt to build a workaround solution.

DealHub allows our team to standardize the quote creation process by allowing us to dicate what needs to be input for a quote, what should trigger an approval (and who should approve), and build a standard order form output.

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

For us the upsides are multi-faceted. We are now able to manage all our price books in one place,  we can break down by line item with everyone in the company using the same language,  all proposals will be similar and on brand and our contracts look even more professional than they did before.  This is a win across sales, with guided selling,  operations - with uniformity of line item language and costs and sells, and billing  - we should be able to transform our rapidly growing organization, and continue to scale.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

not a lot to be fair,  there are workarounds to some of the issues we have brought to the team. It is a lot of work to implement but they have guided us through the process.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

standardising proposals, standardising language of products across the business,  less manual approvals on quotes, more insight into products sold, time spent delivering said products and better analysis on what needs more focus and where the business is going

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

The best part of Subskribe is the fact that it’s so simple to use, yet super powerful as well. The company has really taken something that is traditionally very complex and confusing, and pared it down to what matters most to SaaS companies. There aren’t a thousand customization options and functions that I’ll never use – Subskribe has just the things I’d need to build a compelling proposal for my prospects, and nothing more, nothing less. Behind the simple, user-friendly interface is also a very powerful quoting and billing engine. There are so many complex situations that Subskribe addresses with ease, from multi-year ramps to mid-term amendments. It’s a fantastic piece of software.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

I’ve found Subskribe to be very helpful overall, and there aren’t too many downsides to the product. I think the one area I’d like to see more updates from Subskribe is on the integrations front. There are a few other tools our team would want to integrate into our quoting and billing process, but Subskribe as of now doesn’t support those.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Subskribe helps us organize, manage, and expedite our quoting and billing processes. It centralizes all of our proposals and allows us to generate quotes quickly and with ease. What used to take hours now only takes minutes, which really helps the whole team save time and effort. Moreover, our billing process is much more streamlined and accurate, now with Subskribe in place.

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

We are piloting Subskribe in our department and so far everything has gone smoothly! The whole Subskribe team has been very attentive and helpful, from guiding us through implementation to rapidly implementing any customizations or features we need. Adding in a third-party software vendor is no trivial task at our organization, requiring multiple layers of reviews and security protocols. Subskribe has done well though, adding value from a functional standpoint while also being flexible and responsive so we can continue to push the tool out to more users. What really sold us on Subskribe is the end-to-end story. Rather than relying on point vendors for quoting, billing, and revenue recognition, we like that Subskribe bundles this all together.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

I don’t think I have much to dislike about Subskribe. Any issues that have come up, we’ve been able to figure out with Subskribe’s help. Durga, Prakash, and Yibin are always so open to our feature suggestions, and I like that we are helping to influence their product a bit so it can be even better for large enterprises.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We sought out Subskribe primarily for its billing solution, but after hearing about their quote-to-revenue platform, we were quickly sold on the entire thing. Initially, our pilot is covering just billing, but we plan on expanding quickly to revenue recognition and quoting. Subskribe has done wonders for our department’s billing process. What was once a chaotic and messy process is now organized and streamlined, with 100% accuracy.

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

The most important part of Subskribe is the fact that it’s an end-to-end Q2C system, which does away with so many historical issues I’ve seen when dealing with Q2C.  Q2C can really be a bear, needing significant resources to tie together quoting, billing, and rev rec.  This is a significant operational project and Subskribe makes it relatively easy.  With just one system to implement, there are no painful integrations to build, and you don’t have to manage multiple catalogs in multiple systems.  Subskribe also makes it easy for our end users with a clear UI and focused design.  There is minimal training involved and most of our users can figure out how to use the product on their own.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

I hope that Subskribe can add more guided selling features, since we’ll need this as we expand our deployment.  It’s not a big issue now given that we are still in pilot mode, but I know once we open up the product to more teams, we’ll definitely need more hand-holding for our end users.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Subskribe has helped us reduce the complexity in our Q2C process, which has decreased the resources needed to maintain the software and tools involved.  With a single platform, we no longer spend time dealing with multiple integrations, and we have just one single place that serves as our source of truth.  Ultimately, this helps our team be more efficient, which has been particularly important in the current economic climate.

If you don't know what you want you could end up with some technical debt. Sometimes how it interacts with Salesforce isn't ideal.

Dealhub is helping us quote business and manage subscriptions. This helps us have consistency in our business around pricing and enables us to have better reporting around purchasing.

Subskribe accelerates our GTM process, enabling quick proposal creation and editing for our sales team. Unlike other CPQ tools, Subskribe doesn't hinder our momentum but rather empowers us with a robust platform, streamlined workflows, and an intuitive interface. Its seamless integration of billing and revenue recognition ensures accurate invoicing and easy modifications. Subskribe is a game-changer for our team's efficiency and has helped us close deals faster right from the start. Now that Subskribe is fully implemented, I don’t know how we’d operate without it!

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

Not many downsides to Subskribe to speak of. I will say that sometimes we do encounter a customization that we want in our quote or invoice, and right now we have to work with the team to work in those customizations. It’s a bit of a hassle having to chat with Subskribe about it, but they are responsive. They have indicated that this will be a feature soon and we’ll be able to put in those customizations ourselves in the future.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Subskribe helps us to move faster. We’re able to build quotes, send them to prospects for evaluation, modify as needed and resend, all in a few swift clicks. It’s just amazing the speed at which we are able to operate now with Subskribe. Our old CPQ was clunky and took our reps way too long to build very simple proposals. Subskribe solves this problem for us and helps us move faster to close more deals.

One of Subskribe's standout features is its user-friendly interface. The intuitive UI allows our sales team to quickly adapt to the system, enabling them to create quotes with just a few clicks. I’ve had a great experience working in Subskribe, and haven’t had many hiccups or issues when learning the system. It took no time at all to be comfortable with Subskribe, and I was building proposals pretty much on day 1.

There are a few minor tweaks I hope Subskribe makes in the near future: One would be to add in a better way to organize orders and accounts – if there was a way to group or save items into folders, that would make finding things easier. Another would be to integrate into Google Slides so I could export a proposal into a presentation easily.

It’s great to be able to create professional quotes quickly and without complication. In the past, our team was really bogged down by our quoting process. **What do you like best about DealHub?**

I like Subskribe’s ease of use, first and foremost. It’s probably the most intuitive CPQ out on the market – I haven’t seen anything else like it. When Subskribe was rolled out at our company, it was quick to pick it up. The user flow just makes a ton of sense, and there aren’t a million different options to select from. It’s straightforward and simple, and I can get what I need done pretty quickly without a ton of hassle.

Another feature I like is the workflow approvals. This is a huge timesaver and my quotes push through so much faster now. Depending on what type of quote I’m building, it may or may not need manager+ approval, and when it does need approval, it’s so easy to see who needs to sign off on the quote next. There’s also a handy Slack integration so the right folks get notified and no deal is ever stuck.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

I wish they could come out with more features geared toward power users. I consider myself a pretty adept user now, and I would love to see handy things like keyboard shortcuts come out so I can build quotes even faster.

The biggest thing Subskribe helps us with is just getting all of our deals in an organized flow. Before, you had some reps using our old system, others doing some in Google sheets, and still others working with our sales ops team. Now, everything lives in Subskribe. What I like best about Subskribe is that we now have all of our quoting and billing in one system. Having one platform that handles quote-to-cash, with everything flowing from an initial order/proposal, is simply amazing. Our team loves the fact that we no longer have to manage separate systems and that all of our data and pricing is consolidated and consistent. 

I also love how feature-rich Subskribe is. We’re now able to better handle amendments and upsells in our sales process, and the automation on the billing side has reduced hours of work, especially at quarter end. 

Subskribe makes the entire experience a pleasure, as well. The product was easy to learn and intuitive, and there are constant feature additions and updates that make the user journey especially delightful.

It would be great to see the team add more third-party integrations, including CLM and other e-signature providers. We’re spending more and more time in the product, and we’d love to run everything through Subskribe if possible.

I love that Subskribe is hyper focused on serving B2B SaaS companies. It’s great to see a company so focused on our industry’s use cases and problems. What this translates to is a product that addresses exactly the needs that our company has, especially when creating quotes for the types of deals that we most commonly see in software sales. Building quotes is really easy, and our reps are seeing a lot of increased productivity in using Subskribe.

I also really like Subskribe’s integrations with everyday apps that are the lifeblood of any SaaS company. The Slack integration is so cool, and I love that we can use it for quote approvals. We live in Slack, so it’s great to have Subskribe fit into our way of working.

I wish Subskribe allowed a bit more frontend customization. Particularly as it comes to creating some logical rules around certain sales behaviors. I think that’s more of a power user request, but hopefully as the product matures we see more of this optionality.

Subskribe has revolutionized our Q2C process, reducing errors and inaccuracies in our billing and greatly expanding our ability to generate quotes for customers. Our sales team has adopted Subskribe in record time, and they all rave about the ease of use. There used to be a lot of friction between sales and our deal desk, but now with Subskribe, much of that conflict is gone. Reps can more easily build their own quotes without much intervention from the deal desk, and our sales ops team now has more time to work on higher value activities. Overall, Subskribe has been a serious net positive for our organization.

There isn’t much, but if I had to nitpick, there’s this little spinning thing that occurs when you update a calculation on a quote, and I wish it didn’t happen. It’s kind of weird that all the numbers need to refresh – I feel like this is some sort of weird UX thing. Not a big deal at all, just kind of a minor annoyance.

I can’t recommend Subskribe enough. You can have all the tools in the world to sell better, but if it’s cumbersome to create proposals for your prospects, you’re dead in the water. Having seen a number of CPQ tools before, Subskribe truly stands out from the crowd. Quotes can literally be created in seconds, and the interface is so simple to use, all of my reps love it. I can’t tell you how much time and money I’m able to save with just Subskribe’s CPQ module alone. Tack on their billing product, and now we’ve got an end-to-end solution that has helped us bill our customers accurately and keeps me out of the total pain of tracking invoices in Excel.

I’ve also been quite thrilled with the Subskribe team. They’ve been beyond helpful and incredibly responsive to any issues or suggestions we’ve had with the product. These guys are on it, and it really feels like they are invested in our success.

Losing momentum is a deathblow, and Subskribe allows us to speed up the sales process, rather than bog us down like other CPQ tools I’ve seen out there. With a robust platform, smart approval workflows, and a super easy-to-use interface, our reps are able to build quotes easily and get them out to prospects quickly.

Subskribe’s billing and revrec functionality is also incredibly helpful. By connecting these systems natively with CPQ, Subskribe has achieved what was once unthinkable – a totally unified platform that helps my team bill accurately and make amendments with no trouble.

Subskribe provides for 99% of our needs, and I think the 1% where there could be additional features developed is around administration and settings – things like more customization options for order form and invoice templates, as well as the ability to add in custom user roles/permissions. The best part of Subskribe is the fact that it’s one combined quote-to-cash system. It takes the pain out of having to deal with multiple tools and connections between systems and trying to make sure data is consistent in each tool. It has really saved us a lot of time and resources now that we no longer have to configure separate systems for quoting and billing.

Subskribe’s user interface is also a huge plus. The UI is straightforward, and our sales team was up and running in no time. It’s just a few clicks to create a quote, and our sales team tells me it’s the easiest CPQ they’ve ever used. 

Finally, the whole implementation process was very fast and a low lift on our part. Subskribe’s team guided us the whole way through and migrating our data over was a cinch.

I’m generally very happy with Subskribe – I think the only area where I’d like to see improvement is with some integrations with third-party platforms. For instance, Subskribe integrates with Docusign but doesn’t have a HelloSign/Dropbox Sign integration.

Subskribe is a fantastic subscription billing tool! It's very easy to use, and it allows our company to bill accurately and on time. We've been able to easily migrate all of our existing subs over to the Subskribe platform, and that process went fairly quickly. Subscriptions are easy to manage within the interface, and making changes or amendments is no problem. All in all, I like that the software is user-friendly and gets the job done.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

Some of the views could be more feature-rich. Right now, you can't really customize the view of subscriptions, and the only way to find what you're looking for is by the search function they have. This is ok, but it would be better if there were more features/options for searching and sorting, especially because we have a lot of subs in the platform.

Our old billing system was pretty cumbersome, and as a user I really hated using it. Subskribe streamlines Quote to Cash in a modern, intuitive interface. Implementing one system to handle QTC eliminates messy integrations and errors. Adoption by the Revenue org was quick once they saw how easy it was to create an amendment quote.

The Subskribe team understood the best-in-class QTC practices for our company size and was a critical consulting partner in steering us away from keeping existing manual processes. They are incredibly receptive to product feedback, and we continue to see improvements and new features to the system frequently.

Existing company reporting processes were not supported, so we had to rely on CRM reports instead of Subskribe's reports. Some settings are not configurable in the frontend and require backend changes that Subskribe quickly assisted with. The lack of integrated Contract Lifecycle Management features resulted in the deployment of a CLM tool that interrupted the otherwise smooth quoting process.

Subskribe makes it super easy to build complex quotes, like ramped deals, for instance. There’s really no learning curve here either, as it’s just dead simple to understand. A few clicks here and there and you’ve built a complete proposal for your prospect. I also really like how easy and straightforward it is to make changes to an existing quote or to apply different discounts.

I also appreciate the speed at which updates are released. It feels like every few weeks they’re deploying another killer feature to Subskribe, which is awesome because it’s already pretty great.

A minor complaint I have is the interface for viewing quotes. I wish they had more options for filtering and sorting, instead of listing all the quotes chronologically. The search function is nice but it would be great if they could include filters/sorting by different parameters.

One big benefit I’ve seen with Subskribe is just the amount of time saved. I was referred to Subskribe through a mutual contact and our startup program. I evaluated them for CPQ, billing, and revenue recognition, so for us a big benefit is having everything run through one system, rather than a piecemeal approach. With prior solutions, there was always a lot of back and forth and complications when running a deal from proposal to invoicing to booking revenue. With Subskribe you don’t have to worry about errors or inconsistencies in pricing or product catalogs. It all just works seamlessly, which is what I liked best about Subskribe’s platform.

Subskribe’s UI is awesome. It’s just simple and easy to use. Relative to some other solutions, I needed no “certification” or expertise to get use out of it. Once I got access, figuring out how things worked was super intuitive. It’s easy for sales teams to create accurate and professional quotes without relying on Deal Desk support or spending hours calculating complex customer proposal options. The billing and revenue recognition system is a massive time saver, allowing automated billing processes and accurate tracking and revenue recognition without manual end-of-month processes.

Lastly, I’ll say that Subskribe’s customer success team has been great. I had some questions and they are great to work with and very responsive. I love that I can just hit them up on Slack.

All in all, I would say Subskribe is worth taking a look.

I am simply an evaluator, not an end user, but I wish we were using it.

It currently takes us about an hour to create each quote. The biggest thing that stands out to me about Subskribe is its ease of use. If you’ve ever tried wrangling Salesforce CPQ, you know what I mean. It’s just a few clicks to create a quote, and I can do it all on my own. I know that sounds kind of ridiculous but, again, try another CPQ and you’ll find it’s pretty darn difficult to build a proposal without some sort of deal desk or admin assistance. Subskribe is basically built like a consumer app for sales – you intuitively just know how to use it.

Subskribe was also one of the fastest implementations I’ve seen. From the time our ops team signed off on it, it was literally 6 weeks and we were already using it. When it comes to enterprise software, 6 weeks is practically unheard of.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

There’s not much negative to Subskribe – honestly I am coming from a Salesforce CPQ experience so Subskribe kind of blew my mindhole. But if I had to pick on anything I would say it would be nice if there was a bit more handheld guidance when it comes to building a quote as our organization has grown quite a bit since we adopted Subskribe and I can see for new reps it being challenging to select the right product/package.

It used to take eons to create and push a quote through in our old system. Like I couldn’t do it by myself. I literally had to message the deal desk, or sometimes I had to physically walk over there, in order to get a quote built and/or approved. It’s wacky how slow it was before. I like that Subskribe solves the end-to-end quote-to-revenue problem rather than just addressing parts of it, like a single, point billing or quoting solution. We use the full Subskribe platform for creating sales quotes, billing our customers, and reconciling our incoming revenue. It was a painless setup process, and the system has been fairly easy to use. I like knowing that we have single source of truth for everything revenue related, and it’s 100% accurate.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

Some of the customizations we did during implementation can only be changed by contacting support. While Subskribe’s team is pretty responsive, it would be nice to have more self-service settings in the admin area so that we could make these changes on our own. It’s definitely on my feature request list, and I’ll give the guys at Subskribe credit - they did say they were actively working on it and would make more and more backend settings available on the frontend.

We use all three modules of Subskribe: CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Recognition. We’ve found that the combination of all three systems is so much more powerful than the traditional method of working with three separate software vendors. Subskribe is great for streamlining and organizing the quoting, billing, and revenue recognition process. The interface is super simple and user-friendly, but it still has a wide range of powerful features. Within the CPQ tool, I’ve been impressed with how Subskribe simplifies and streamlines building ramp-up deals, adding in-line discounting, and processing renewals. Having used other CPQ tools before, it was a breath of fresh air to see how dead simple it is to do everything I need the system to do. Most importantly, Subskribe’s billing and revenue recognition modules work seamlessly with CPQ; everything just flows from the quote, and there’s no need to manually adjust discrepancies between quote and invoice, which has been a huge pain in the past. Collectively, Subskribe is a very comprehensive system.

I don’t want to manually enter the contact for quote creation when it’s already in Salesforce. The system should pull that automatically as soon as you enter the proposal. This might be a configuration on our end or an easy fix on theirs.

Before Subskribe, we created quotes manually, and all prices were calculated in spreadsheets. It took a lot of time and always a second pair of eyes to review each quote. Once the deal was signed, we would track terms and billing dates in a spreadsheet. I’d spend hours manually billing and then reconciling payments. Now all of this is streamlined and automated with Subskribe.

The platform layout and logic make it very easy to set up complicated quote mechanisms that are easilly understood and utilized by staff.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

Nothing stands out besides not having a function like "includesPartial" that would allow the program to isolate unique combinations of multi-select questions without having to hard code all possible combinations. 

A shortcut like includesPARTIAL() would work as "if any of the multi selections = X the rule is true." It would allow a user to select both X an Y, and since X is one of the selections, the rule would be true.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows our team to reliably produce quotes based on questions and answers without the massive learning curve that is typically required to quote our systems.

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

DealHub has really refined its practices and helped our company tremendously. The capability it holds in making the quoting process easier, quicker, and flawless for our company is unmatched.  In my short 8 months working with them, we have completely revamped our playbook and practices to meet the exact needs of our company.  My DealHub reps, Neal and Ariela, are absolutely fantastic to work with.  They are quick to respond, solution-oriented, and pay attention to every small detail we need. We dream BIG here and they are making our wishes come true with DealHub's features. We're excited to see where the continued growth goes!

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

Managing small updates while building on bigger projects can be difficult. I wish you could do one small change and just "push" that update to production versus an entire version.  I find myself having to do double work if there's a small change to make and I'm not ready to push my sandbox version with ALL the updates.  Some dream features would be: 

- The capability to add photo uploads to an agreement (to embed in a PDF)
- Combine quotes from more than one Salesforce opportunity record type
- Add multiple items at once then alter the quantity

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Utilizing DealHub to produce CONSISTENT, ACCURATE, and COMPREHENSIVE quotes/agreements for our products has been great. We have such unique situations and things to remember, that it does a lot of the "thinking" for our sales representatives.  It prompts them about nuances and differences in pricing based on account specifics.

The first thing is that you don't know when others are in the system making changes so you could easily save and overwrite another users work.

It is resolving the issue that SFDC uses a daily calculation but DealHub allows for a monthly calculation for our team in Japan.

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

We value Subskribe’s single model Quote-to-Cash system because it reduces the headaches and the need to fiddle with complex configurations and connections between order and billing/rev rec systems, saving us significant time and resources. Subskribe’s platform is so user-intuitive and easy to navigate that we can accomplish end-user adoption with little to no training.

Subskribe has also demonstrated its strong partnership and commitment to customers with its in-house implementation service. They were able to guide us through our more complex B2B business cases and showed us best practices with their platform. Last but not least, the data migration portion is often the most challenging part of the Quote-to-Cash implementation, and the Subskribe team worked with us closely to migrate our historical subscription and billing data, ensuring that the migrated data was successfully reconciled in record time.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

Some of Subskribe’s features, such as setting required fields, configuring order/email templates, etc., are not configurable on the admin’s end. When I want to customize the system or make changes to the templates for our business needs, I have to contact Subskribe’s implementation and support team. I hope to see more feature releases from Subskribe in the future and to allow admins to have more configuration privileges.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Subskribe’s single model Quote-to-Cash system has eliminated the need to configure and customize complicated integration between the CPQ and Billing systems.
Its intuitive UI has made end-user adoption very easy.

The people we work with (Neal and Ariela) are easygoing and intelligent. Their response time is fast, and working with them is an absolute pleasure. As for the tool itself, it is very flexible and super easy to implement. We did it in 2 weeks !

Part of the implementation is a bit repetitive, especially when it comes to creating your playbook and the answers.

Dealhub is bringing the gap there is between generating a quote and showing it to the customer. It allows to have a much more dynamic interaction on top of allowing any kind of flexibility in the offering.

DealHub's flexibility is a major plus.  You can configure the software any number of ways to suit your organizations selling style and capture the data points you need.  Their onboarding team was wonderful to work with - they did a great job of understanding my needs, answering my questions, and providing guidance for how to approach designing our instance.

Navigating the backend takes a little getting used to and the amount of customization can actually seem a bit overwhelming (although the team that onboarded me was very helpful guiding me through implementation).

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing us a lot of flexibility with how we configure our quotes and solving for an issue our previous system had with redlining contracts.  It's also helping us to improve the data quality going back into our CRM,

Customers love the improved presentation of our quotes over standard DocuSign merges.  Dealhub has also allowed RevOps to resolve data integrity issues with our opp revenue and streamline reporting and EOM and EOQ financial reconciliation.  Lastly, our CSM Ron has been THE BEST CSM who has always put our success first and bent over backward to resolve any question we've had, a great partner to our business.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

We have had to make frequent updates to our pricing and packaging, which has necessitated frequent updates to our playbooks.  While this is mainly an internal issue, it is time-consuming to update and exposes us to overlooked details or integration errors each time we do this.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quoting and maintaining an accurate inventory of our customer's recurring subscription assets.  This has had the result of improving our financial data integrity.

**What do you like best about DealHub?**

We explored several CPQ options before purchasing DealHub.  The application's simple yet elegant user interface made adoption by end users almost seemless.  Its ability to handle even our most complicated use cases beneath a simple question-and-answer quote builder is phenomenal.  During our implementation, we simultaneously rolled out new pricing, packaging and offers, which led to essentially implementing the system with two discreet configurations...all in one project and within the promised go-live timeline.  I really can't speak highly enough of the DealHub team's performance and adaptability during our configuration.  They are definitely a team of peliCANs, not peliCAN'Ts.

**What do you dislike about DealHub?**

The only knock I can put on DealHub is that they oversold their "native" integration with Hubspot.  The project team made the magic happen, but it wasn't represented accurately during the sales process.

**What problems is DealHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DealHub was a late addition to a broader order-to-cash system integration effort.  Historically we had quoted and built proposals manually in Excel and/or Word.  With DealHub we get an elegant pdf proposal and virtual deal room, enabling much richer content and item/pricing accuracy.  In the background, DealHub provides the data governance and accuracy to serve as the top of the data funnel, ensuring consistency throughout the process from quoting through billing.
