&lt;p&gt;For agencies, the most meaningful reliability test is probably whether delivery, pacing, and reporting stay consistent across many client accounts at once. I’d also separate true platform outages from data-latency issues, since both create client risk but usually require very different responses.&lt;/p&gt;
