  ### 1. Time keeping system

**What do you like best about DCI Authorization Module?**

We use DCI as a time keeping system.  It's easy to use the mobile app and desketop browser.  It is easy to go in and approve time for my employees.  It also alerts the supervisor when an employee gets locked out.  Oftentimes, I have unlocked their account prior to them contacting me.

**What do you dislike about DCI Authorization Module?**

When clocking in and out on the app, oftentimes employees don't tap the okay the final time and either don't get signed out or in.  The client transportation mode also drains the battery on the cell phone while driving.  I tend to charge my phone while in the vehicle, so that does help with the battery usage.

**What problems is DCI Authorization Module solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The DCI Authorization Module displays after signing where the employee is at for their weekly hours.  This makes it easy for employees and their supervisor to see if they have all their punches for the week in and how much over time they have worked.

**What do you like best about DCI Authorization Module?**

I like that it has so much capability for our client database, billing, and authorization tracking. The reports functionality is also very helpful when researching.

**What do you dislike about DCI Authorization Module?**

There are several small things I would change just to make it more user friendly. There is no consistency between each tab, one will have the client search box in the right corner and the other would have it in the left. Lots of small things that can be improved on.

**What problems is DCI Authorization Module solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes its easy to be able to track hours and billing to make sure clients are not going over authorization and potentially losing revenue to be billed.

**What do you like best about DCI Authorization Module?**

I like how everything is independent. You can be anywhere at anytime and punch in your work time and do online training anywhere there's internet.

**What do you dislike about DCI Authorization Module?**

It's very plain and doesn't offer up very much information for certain things.

**What problems is DCI Authorization Module solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have to be in a particular location or be working a specific time to be able to punch it in.

**What do you like best about DCI Authorization Module?**

The software is easy to use for all user levels. From end users to supervisors to administrative staff, the system is user-friendly. The best part of this software is that it's sophisticated enough to be used for all of a company's needs, including time-keeping, payroll, billing, scheduling, and training compliance.


**What do you dislike about DCI Authorization Module?**

There is not much I dislike about the system. If I had to choose something, I would say that this system can take some time to get to learn how to use at an administrative level, but the customer service provided is phenomenal. 

**Recommendations to others considering DCI Authorization Module:**

The DCI staff are incredibly helpful; ask any questions you might have ahead of time. The more detailed and organized you are with your current information, the smoother implementation will be.

**What problems is DCI Authorization Module solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our agency has reduced overtime since using DCI, as it is easy to track hours and there are specific reports designed to show Overtime. We have also become more efficient in our scheduling for all programs. It's helpful to have the anticipated schedule to compare with actual hours worked.

The training tracking system and training videos are awesome. Payroll and billing is simple and easy to teach. 

**What do you dislike about DCI Authorization Module?**

There is really nothing that I dislike about DCI.

Great software and team to work with. Solves a lot of problems with one easy to use solution.

Payroll time tracking and billing are much easier.

**What do you like best about DCI Authorization Module?**

This system has so many options. I was able to configure it to exactly what I need. In the ever changing world of Medicaid, it's great having a system that I can shape to keep me in compliance.

**What do you dislike about DCI Authorization Module?**

The set up does take some time but it is worth it. Having a system that has the ability to change with my needs is incredibly helpful.

**What problems is DCI Authorization Module solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the new EVV requirements for Medicaid services on the horizon, DCI has relieved my fears of non-compliance.

This is a simple system that does not take long to learn. I have also enjoyed having the overtime calculated. 

**What do you dislike about DCI Authorization Module?**

There is a lot to learn, but all simple tasks. There is a help desk center that has a lot of great step by step videos to help out. 

**What problems is DCI Authorization Module solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to track authorizations, scheduling, and overtime. This was a previous problem, especially overtime, but DCI has made this all really simple.
