DCI Authorization Module Reviews & Product Details

We use DCI as a time keeping system. It's easy to use the mobile app and desketop browser. It is easy to go in and approve time for my employees. It also alerts the supervisor when an employee gets locked out. Oftentimes, I have unlocked their account prior to them contacting me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When clocking in and out on the app, oftentimes employees don't tap the okay the final time and either don't get signed out or in. The client transportation mode also drains the battery on the cell phone while driving. I tend to charge my phone while in the vehicle, so that does help with the battery usage. There are several small things I would change just to make it more user friendly. There is no consistency between each tab, one will have the client search box in the right corner and the other would have it in the left. Lots of small things that can be improved on. The software is easy to use for all user levels. From end users to supervisors to administrative staff, the system is user-friendly. The best part of this software is that it's sophisticated enough to be used for all of a company's needs, including time-keeping, payroll, billing, scheduling, and training compliance.
