What do you like best?
The software is easy to use for all user levels. From end users to supervisors to administrative staff, the system is user-friendly. The best part of this software is that it's sophisticated enough to be used for all of a company's needs, including time-keeping, payroll, billing, scheduling, and training compliance.
What do you dislike?
There is not much I dislike about the system. If I had to choose something, I would say that this system can take some time to get to learn how to use at an administrative level, but the customer service provided is phenomenal.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The DCI staff are incredibly helpful; ask any questions you might have ahead of time. The more detailed and organized you are with your current information, the smoother implementation will be.

Our agency has reduced overtime since using DCI, as it is easy to track hours and there are specific reports designed to show Overtime. We have also become more efficient in our scheduling for all programs. It's helpful to have the anticipated schedule to compare with actual hours worked.
