The software is easy to use for all user levels. From end users to supervisors to administrative staff, the system is user-friendly. The best part of this software is that it's sophisticated enough to be used for all of a company's needs, including time-keeping, payroll, billing, scheduling, and training compliance. If I had to choose something, I would say that this system can take some time to get to learn how to use at an administrative level, but the customer service provided is phenomenal. Our agency has reduced overtime since using DCI, as it is easy to track hours and there are specific reports designed to show Overtime.
