It's easy to use the mobile app and desketop browser. It is easy to go in and approve time for my employees. It also alerts the supervisor when an employee gets locked out. Oftentimes, I have unlocked their account prior to them contacting me. **What do you dislike about DCI Authorization Module?** When clocking in and out on the app, oftentimes employees don't tap the okay the final time and either don't get signed out or in. The client transportation mode also drains the battery on the cell phone while driving. I tend to charge my phone while in the vehicle, so that does help with the battery usage. **What problems is DCI Authorization Module solving and how is that benefiting you?** The DCI Authorization Module displays after signing where the employee is at for their weekly hours. This makes it easy for employees and their supervisor to see if they have all their punches for the week in and how much over time they have worked. ### 2. The reports functionality is also very helpful when researching. **What do you dislike about DCI Authorization Module?** There are several small things I would change just to make it more user friendly. There is no consistency between each tab, one will have the client search box in the right corner and the other would have it in the left. Lots of small things that can be improved on. **What problems is DCI Authorization Module solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes its easy to be able to track hours and billing to make sure clients are not going over authorization and potentially losing revenue to be billed. ### 3.
