While not an issue for our practice, I am not sure whether Daylite has a feature, which allows a user to import contacts from another CRM provider. Our firm uses Clio for our practice management software. While that product is exceptional, the calendaring and Contact Resource Management functions could be improved. For this reason, we utilize Daylite for these functions. As Daylite offers so much customizability and is so feature-rich, it is the sole additional software we require to effectively and efficiently run our business. We are able to accurately track ROI regarding marketing, business development, and referral tracking by utilizing Daylite. As the software allows the user to connect people, projects, and tasks, it very efficiently allows our firm to track where new referrals were generated, what new matters have resulted from previous marketing activities, and the customizable calendaring features are exceptional.
