In that time, it has become the 'goto' repository for our data. **What do you dislike about Daylite?** The cost of using Daylite has become untenable. Only works on Apple. Company doesn't seem to keep up with the newest changes in CRM **Recommendations to others considering Daylite:** The best CRM for the Mac and UI-friendly. Manage your time successfully **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2020 **What do you like best about Daylite?** In my daily work activities I have a lot of things to do so I need a software help me to organize and establish priority, alerts and schedule in efficient way, this tool bring this options. The design is very friendly and I really like that. **What do you dislike about Daylite?** You have to learn how to use because at first time is not that easy, but when you already know this tool works well. Also not everybody have the computer to support this app. Also the integration with other software is not the best. **What problems is Daylite solving and how is that benefiting you?** One benefit that I realized this tool bring is interacts well between iPhone, iPad and MacBook so if you have these devices is a benefit. Also you have a quick access through your cellphone and your tablets so you can read your emails and have the fully calendar updated and receive the alerts. ### 4. It is not easy to learn nor is the customer service very good. I would say it is very poor. After 10 years of using Daylite I have gone their cloud services which are fine. I was computer programmer and am a power user now. This process has been painful to learn. Customer service is email, chat, ( and sometimes days before you can get a response ). I HATE their customer service. **Recommendations to others considering Daylite:** Make sure you have the time and resources to learn this - it is not easy or intuitive ( it is getting better ) . Support is weak. **What problems is Daylite solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have now expanded and added a virtual assistant to my financial practice and Daylite really is very powerful and cloud friendly. This software is not for the weak of heart, so if you have the time and resources to learn it, you will be happy. Good luck. ### 5. It just works quite good and stable on my iPhone and my Mac, that is the most obvious advantage. **What do you dislike about Daylite?** Basic features (like iPhone GSM integration) are not included. Furthermore, Marketcircle can't keep the pace of innovation when it comes to messaging. There is neither a Facebook / Messenger nor a Whatsapp nor an iMessage integration so you need to copy and track contacts which have been initiated via any kind of messengers. Emails are still important, but my customers use many ways to get in contact with me. Furthermore, Maps plugin is useless for our needs as it does not give me any advantage over Google Maps. **Recommendations to others considering Daylite:** Try it, although customizing may be annoying. But it's the only tool so far that is perfectly integrated in your iOS and Mac eco system. **What problems is Daylite solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can (quite) easily create individual contracts. That's it. ### 6.
