"Dataweavers make managing Sitecore easier"
What do you like best about Dataweavers?

Dataweavers have managed our infrastructure for a number of years and it has made our lives easier.

Our uptime SLAs have improved, our team is happier as we have 24/7 support and we are up to data on the Sitecore version, which is not always easy to achieve.

The support team is knowledgeable, and always happy to help. Our regular catch ups are a great way to keep in touch and I find them very good.

We can do much more internally as we don't have to worry about infrastructure anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dataweavers?

We have lost some access to systems we could access earlier, like the Solr dashboard. We understand the reasons and Dataweavers have been opened to improving their product in the future to make it easier for internal teams to have enough visibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ideal DevOps Partner for reliability, scalability and a secure CMS Infra and hostings"
What do you like best about Dataweavers?

Dataweavers has been an exceptional partner in helping us scale our headless Sitecore implementation. Their managed infrastructure offering gives us peace of mind, especially with their seamless support across dev, UAT, and production environments using blue/green deployments. The built-in support for automation, CI/CD integration, and access to tools like Azure DevOps, Application Insights, and Cloudflare have drastically improved our release velocity and observability.

We particularly appreciate their headless-first approach with Dataweavers Arc, allowing us to confidently build and deploy modern composable experiences. Their support team is knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to help us troubleshoot or enhance our environment. This level of service is hard to find in traditional hosting vendors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dataweavers?

While the platform is robust, the documentation for advanced customizations (e.g., when integrating unique deployment workflows or third-party tools) could be more comprehensive. Occasionally, some configurations require assistance from their team, which can add dependency during time-sensitive releases. However, their team’s responsiveness usually makes up for it. "Trustworthy Tech Partners"
What do you like best about Dataweavers?

What I appreciate most about Dataweavers is their unwavering reliability and deep technical expertise. They’re always approachable, incredibly responsive, and consistently go the extra mile to ensure our website infrastructure runs smoothly. It’s rare to find a support partner who combines such professionalism with genuine friendliness. Working with them feels effortless and reassuring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dataweavers?

There’s very little to fault in our experience working with Dataweavers. If anything, the only adjustment has been getting used to having less hands-on visibility during troubleshooting, simply because we previously managed everything in-house. That said, they’ve been exceptionally responsive and helpful whenever we’ve needed support, which has quickly built our trust in their ability to deliver. They feel like a true extension of our team (friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly reliable). We’re lucky to have such a capable and trustworthy partner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Takes the time and hard work out of platform operations"
What do you like best about Dataweavers?

We can trust that Dataweavers are monitoring our site's functionality and performance, flagging any required patches or fixes, so that we can spend more time on the user's experience. Their responsiveness to support tickets is always super fast, and it's clear that the team genuinely care about both our experiences as platform users, and our members' experiences using our site. Upgrading our CMS and implementing the newest version was an easy process thanks to Dataweavers' expertise. And It's nice to have a partner who are so experienced and well versed in the specifics of Sitecore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dataweavers?

I only wish the team could support us beyond the day to day operations with web development to make for a one-stop website management shop! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Rock solid infrastructure support for Sitecore"
What do you like best about Dataweavers?

Since moving our Sitecore installation to Datweavers we've seen a drastic improvement in site uptimes and resilience to denial-of-service attacks. "A comprehensive and trusted organisation"
What do you like best about Dataweavers?

I've been involved in the DXP space for some time now, collaborating with companies that use Dataweavers, as well as those that either manage their DXP platform in-house or partner with other providers. When asked for a recommendation, I point them towards Dataweavers.

Dataweavers stands out, the feedback from my development team when working on a DXP hosted by Dataweavers is that it all just works. The platform is user-friendly, secure, and their customer support is exceptional. Overall, they are a trustworthy pair of hands. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dataweavers?

Like all "as a service" providers, the advantages gained come with some trade-offs, mainly flexibility. It's important to assess your business requirements carefully and understand the trade-offs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
