## Dataweavers Reviews
 ### 1. Reliable Hosting with Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allan S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Dataweavers?**

I like that Dataweavers has never failed us in the over three years we've been using their service. Their support crew is very responsive, and our account management team is great—personable and always available. I appreciate that Dataweavers helped apply a Cloudflare instance, making it easy to log into the service, which has been great. The initial setup was very professional and pain-free, with Dataweavers collaborating smoothly with our infrastructure team to guide us through the transition process.

**What do you dislike about Dataweavers?**

Nothing comes to mind.

**What problems is Dataweavers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dataweavers reduces our infrastructure costs, provides a stable and fast instance of Sitecore, and manages upgrades and security patches, ensuring smooth operations.

 ### 2. Reliable Critical Incident Response with Streamlined CI/CD and Ticketing Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Dataweavers?**

Reliable response times for critical incidents; good sense of urgency when it matters

Automated deployment pipelines (CI/CD integration) remove manual steps; consistent releases with fewer environment-related issues

Practical, solution-oriented approach rather than over-engineering

Ticketing/incident tracking integration keeps everything in one flow; less duplication between tools and better accountability

**What do you dislike about Dataweavers?**

Out-of-hours support is available, but response times can be inconsistent; quicker acknowledgement and action on critical issues would improve reliability

Visibility into underlying infra changes isn’t always proactive; would benefit from clearer change notifications

**What problems is Dataweavers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Environment consistency (dev, test, prod) is much better, so we spend less time chasing “works on my machine” or config drift issues.

Team can spend more time on product features and less time on infrastructure chores and release plumbing.

Releases are more predictable because the underlying platform is stable and monitored, so we can plan work with more confidence.

 ### 3. Dataweavers make managing Sitecore easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Dataweavers?**

Dataweavers have managed our infrastructure for a number of years and it has made our lives easier.

Our uptime SLAs have improved, our team is happier as we have 24/7 support and we are up to data on the Sitecore version, which is not always easy to achieve.

The support team is knowledgeable, and always happy to help. Our regular catch ups are a great way to keep in touch and I find them very good.

We can do much more internally as we don't have to worry about infrastructure anymore.

**What do you dislike about Dataweavers?**

We have lost some access to systems we could access earlier, like the Solr dashboard. We understand the reasons and Dataweavers have been opened to improving their product in the future to make it easier for internal teams to have enough visibility.

**What problems is Dataweavers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We now have 24/7 support for our Sitecore infrastructure which reduces the burden for the smal internal team. We are up to date on the Sitecore version and have a modern set of hosting, including build using Azure pipelines which moved us in the right direction.

 ### 4. Ideal DevOps Partner for reliability, scalability and a secure CMS Infra and hostings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Dataweavers?**

Dataweavers has been an exceptional partner in helping us scale our headless Sitecore implementation. Their managed infrastructure offering gives us peace of mind, especially with their seamless support across dev, UAT, and production environments using blue/green deployments. The built-in support for automation, CI/CD integration, and access to tools like Azure DevOps, Application Insights, and Cloudflare have drastically improved our release velocity and observability.

We particularly appreciate their headless-first approach with Dataweavers Arc, allowing us to confidently build and deploy modern composable experiences. Their support team is knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to help us troubleshoot or enhance our environment. This level of service is hard to find in traditional hosting vendors.

**What do you dislike about Dataweavers?**

While the platform is robust, the documentation for advanced customizations (e.g., when integrating unique deployment workflows or third-party tools) could be more comprehensive. Occasionally, some configurations require assistance from their team, which can add dependency during time-sensitive releases. However, their team’s responsiveness usually makes up for it.

**What problems is Dataweavers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dataweavers is helping us solve the operations and architecture subtleties of hosting a scaled headless CMS in a modern way. By managing our whole infrastructure stack ,
Azure resources, CI/CD pipelines, security, backups, and staging environments, they allow our development team to focus solely on building features without worrying about deployment, infrastructure, or uptime.

Their platform has streamlined our deployment pipeline with blue/green deployments, reduced downtime, and improved consistency across dev, UAT, and prod environments. With native integration with headless Sitecore (via Dataweavers Arc), automated publishing, and secure access, we can deploy with confidence quicker, safer, and more reliably to end-users.

 ### 5. Trustworthy Tech Partners

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Dataweavers?**

What I appreciate most about Dataweavers is their unwavering reliability and deep technical expertise. They’re always approachable, incredibly responsive, and consistently go the extra mile to ensure our website infrastructure runs smoothly. It’s rare to find a support partner who combines such professionalism with genuine friendliness. Working with them feels effortless and reassuring.

**What do you dislike about Dataweavers?**

There’s very little to fault in our experience working with Dataweavers. If anything, the only adjustment has been getting used to having less hands-on visibility during troubleshooting, simply because we previously managed everything in-house. That said, they’ve been exceptionally responsive and helpful whenever we’ve needed support, which has quickly built our trust in their ability to deliver. They feel like a true extension of our team (friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly reliable). We’re lucky to have such a capable and trustworthy partner.

**What problems is Dataweavers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We engaged Dataweavers to help address several critical needs: upgrading our outdated Sitecore platform, migrating from on-premise servers to a modern cloud infrastructure, and improving the ongoing stability of our websites. They successfully led us through the upgrade and cloud migration and now manage our website monitoring and uptime. This has allowed our internal teams to shift focus from maintenance to development and enhancements to the websites.

 ### 6. Takes the time and hard work out of platform operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Dataweavers?**

We can trust that Dataweavers are monitoring our site's functionality and performance, flagging any required patches or fixes, so that we can spend more time on the user's experience. Their responsiveness to support tickets is always super fast, and it's clear that the team genuinely care about both our experiences as platform users, and our members' experiences using our site. Upgrading our CMS and implementing the newest version was an easy process thanks to Dataweavers' expertise. And It's nice to have a partner who are so experienced and well versed in the specifics of Sitecore.

**What do you dislike about Dataweavers?**

I only wish the team could support us beyond the day to day operations with web development to make for a one-stop website management shop!

**What problems is Dataweavers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing our website hosting and platform operations, to free up our engineering teams.

 ### 7. Rock solid infrastructure support for Sitecore

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve P. | Head of Channels & Innovation, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Dataweavers?**

Since moving our Sitecore installation to Datweavers we've seen a drastic improvement in site uptimes and resilience to denial-of-service attacks. As a small team we can switch off when not at work, secure in the knowledge that Dataweavers have our backs and will resolve any issues automatically.

**What do you dislike about Dataweavers?**

Some of the Datweavers platform enhancements make some logs and configurations invisible to our in-house team.

**What problems is Dataweavers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

* 24/7 support for our website infrastructure - we have a global audience but only a small in-house team, who need to focus on adding new business features, so Dataweavers provide a vital service in keeping everything up and running.

* Modernisation - Dataweavers have carried out two Sitecore upgrades for us (from 8.2 to 10.2, and 10.2 to 10.4), have migrated us from hosting on VMs to PaaS, and have modernised our deployment pipelines.

* Security best practices - the Dataweavers platform has strengthened our site via their standard high-quality implementation of Cloudflare and Azure Frontdoor.

 ### 8. A comprehensive and trusted organisation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew F. | Program Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Dataweavers?**

I've been involved in the DXP space for some time now, collaborating with companies that use Dataweavers, as well as those that either manage their DXP platform in-house or partner with other providers. When asked for a recommendation, I point them towards Dataweavers.

Dataweavers stands out, the feedback from my development team when working on a DXP hosted by Dataweavers is that it all just works. The platform is user-friendly, secure, and their customer support is exceptional. Overall, they are a trustworthy pair of hands.

**What do you dislike about Dataweavers?**

Like all "as a service" providers, the advantages gained come with some trade-offs, mainly flexibility. It's important to assess your business requirements carefully and understand the trade-offs.

**What problems is Dataweavers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Securing (and retaining) resources to manage DXP platforms is a challenge. I have found that Dataweavers has high-quality expertise that underpins the end-to-end services. The team at Dataweavers will streamline operations while providing making themselves a valuable partner navigating the complexities of DXP.

 ### 9. Given Freedom to focus on the work we want to do.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Doug H. | Seior Development Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Dataweavers?**

They have put us in a much better position today than we were before we started to use them.

**What do you dislike about Dataweavers?**

Some of our customizations have been slower to implement that I would wish.

**What problems is Dataweavers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were dependent on a team that could not support our needs at the speed that we needed. Dataweavers has taken over that support and we have been able to move forward with the work that we want to do at a speed that was not possible before working with them.

 ### 10. Dependable and good one

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Dataweavers?**

What I like best about Dataweavers is their deep subject matter expertise and commitment to supporting our team. Whenever we need guidance even if a solution takes time they always come back with well considered, effective recommendations.

**What do you dislike about Dataweavers?**

While overall our experience with the vendor is positive, at times their response and resolution process can be slower than ideal, especially for complex issues.

**What problems is Dataweavers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dataweavers helped us to automate Sitecore deployments, boosting performance and reliability while reducing manual effort.

 ### 11. Dataweavers are the dependable partner you want

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leo B. | Digital Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Dataweavers?**

The team are extremely knowledgeable, responsive and a pleasure to work with.

**What do you dislike about Dataweavers?**

Nothing comes to mind. We have in the past had some frustration with the system and fixes that were repeating in some instances, but that was largely system issues and not Dataweaver issues.

**What problems is Dataweavers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dataweavers has set our business up for success with a development pipeline that is extremely reliable. We have never experienced any issues with hosting and any instances where we have needed support, the Dataweavers team have been extremely responsive in addressing any issues. Dataweavers also plays an important role for major product launches and website updates working very closely with our developers to ensure all activities go to plan.
